Guys, rooms of this hotel are not clean. I felt like i was at the University Resident. Can you kindly change your mats. The smell is not pleasant, rooms smell spices. Your ladies at the reception should treat clients equal and with respect.

The hotel was amazing, reception was welcoming and early check out at 3am was smooth (we had to drive far). Secure parking and lifts was a plus. The rooms had a very luxurious feel to it, massive showers and beds very comfortable. Specially loved the pillow request and personal welcoming on the TV. The downside was the area that was not great and the nearby club kept us awake up until 2am. So little sleep but no fault of the hotel.

The rooms are dirty. What you get in the reception will never be what you could get in the rooms. The carpets are dirty, the curtains are dirty and torn... I requested the receptionist to change my room, they gladly did but nothing changed. I left the booked hotel by itself and went to book elsewhere.

I had a great time staying at A NEW. The staff was friendly and the facilities were great. The atmosphere there is therapeutic even as you enter. The food though could do with a bit of improvement on the main courses but my overall experience was awesome.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. Staff is really friendly. I'd really use it again especially in summer so i can get to explore other things they have to offer. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in pretoria.

The services very terrible the manager rude and have bad attitude. She teld me that my confort at the hotel is non of her concern this was after I reported the medical insident and she rudely told me to resolve the issue with someone who booked for me. My four days stay was terrible

It's in the middle of Hatfield but it doesn't feel like it once you're inside. It's so quiet and so beautiful. The staff is friendly the ammenties are enough and the aesthetics are great for Instagram.
