CON ARTISTS!! I requested to extend my stay by one night, but they never communicated to me that this was possible until the day I arrived, at which point I had already made alternative arrangements. Yet they have still charged me and a refusing to refund the extra night. Awful Experience, Con artists, terrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST!

Elevator out of service for 4 days of our stay. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs up & down in the dark with garbage bags blocking the narrow path on the landings. This organization does not put guests first, or they would have dealt with the elevator, dark stairwells, and garbage bags without making excuses or blaming others. Dirty linens on pull- out couch and spare blanket in closet also Dirty and had offensive odor. I had to wash Dirty dishes prior to using because they were put away in the cupboards Dirty. Very poor housekeeping at this location!

NOT what it looks like on the pictures! The Apartment was completely, pictures seem to be photoshopped. Against promises, they keep first night fee, even not check-in! Moreover even if you pay this one night, Booking does not invite you to write a reference. They got informed, nothing. Very sad. A tourist trap. Booking gains mistrust and that providers have the chance to act that way.

The apartment was internal, dark, and the Wi-Fi was constantly cut off. There was also a construction site going on upstairs. It was impossible to live there with the noise all day long. We asked to be moved but they never gave us a solution.

It is an entire building divided into apartments, the check in is autonomous, through access codes, but the reception is still present in certain time slots. Our apartment, on the 4th floor with elevator, was huge and equipped with all appliances and a terrace. The area is equipped with bars and places to eat and is a few steps from the subway and a few hundred meters from Plaza de España. If I really have to find some flaw, some stains on the bed linen, and the 5 pillows on each bed, for my habits, were too high, there should be an alternative.

The apartments are good and the location is excellent for getting around Barcelona by public transport. As they have been there for several years, they are not new but they are acceptable, although the prices at Christmas time are too high. If I have to go back, I would repeat.

Very nice apartment, spacious and very well equipped. Parking is offered at the rate of €16 per night which is the best to park the car without problem. Close to the metro station. The only downside is the noise because very busy street and single glazed window. The nights were very chaotic so not restful after a day of intense visit of Barcelona which is what spoils a little. The receptionist is very nice
