Good and nice. But window is small, no enough sunshine

You know that great feeling when you finally arrive in your hotel and first slump on your bed in your hotel room?… it won’t happen hear (and I booked the best room) The place doesn’t even have a comfortable open foyer area… just signs saying “watch your stuff”.. * the place resembles a knocking shop more than a hotel at the price given * the photos provides aren’t accurate * the food on the morning breakfast buffet looks distressed like its been there too long * the room wasn’t very clean (see shower in photos) * the window overlooks a street with noisy traffic (see photo)

I stayed for just one night in a room facing the courtyard. It's close to Casa Batllo so it's in a great location for sightseeing. Apparently some rooms have views of Casa Batllo, but the room I stayed in had no windows to the outside so it was dim and oppressive. It's a matter of preference, but I felt uneasy because it was a red room. The room was fine if you just wanted to sleep, but I would prefer a room with an outside window so you can see the view outside.

The hotel service is OK, and all the requirements are met, but the hygiene is too poor! The decoration of the whole hotel is dark and a bit scary. There is a musty smell in the room. I changed rooms once, and the quilt was particularly smelly. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the stench. It was terrible. This is the most expensive hotel booked during the May Day holiday, but the accommodation environment is the worst! ! ! ! Avoid it!

I'm really satisfied. Shopping, consumption and subway travel are very convenient. Casa Batlló is diagonally opposite. The security facilities are also very good. I will choose this place next time I come to play! ! Chongqing rice noodles not far from here are super delicious! !

Overall very satisfied! The service staff especially Pilar, Eva, Maria and the doormen are very friendly. The reception was warm when I checked in. After I mentioned that the vibration of the subway on the lower floor affected my sleep, the service staff immediately helped to change the room. The new room was very quiet and clean. After I left something in the old room, the staff took good care of it and returned it to me. The room is small but good at using mirrors to create a sense of space, and the decoration is stylish. The kettle and toiletries are complete, and bottled water is provided. At night, you can see the light show of Casa Batllo in the rooftop bar, which is an unexpected surprise. The price-performance ratio is far better than the four-star Internet celebrity hotel I stayed in before, I highly recommend staying here!
