Hotel service is not so good, nobody can help to solve the problem, such as the Wi-Fi and the TV, and very noisy for every morning 😥

Most of the staffs were friendly but one was not. We were trying to verify the bill when we checked out and we could feel that she were talking about us trying to check each item. That is not professional of her. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and there is a nice Italian restaurant nearby.

Facilities: European hotels require you to prepare your own toiletries and slippers. Other facilities are quite complete. The hair dryer is a little bit difficult to use and the wind is too hot. Service: There is a front desk intern who can speak Chinese, which is a thumbs up. Location: It is quite convenient. You can take two subway stops to Sagrada Familia and it is also convenient to take a bus to the train station. Service: Mineral water is provided on the first day, but there is no water later, but there is lemonade downstairs, which is super cold.

The location of the hotel is not bad. It's convenient to walk to the subway in 5 minutes. There are a few small coffee shops downstairs. The service is average. When we checked in, it was late, so we were given a corner room, which was not the one we booked. The room fee was clearly paid in advance. The next day after we changed rooms, the fixed shower head was broken. We told the front desk and they said they would fix it the next day. It was still broken the next day. Overall, it was average. The breakfast was good. When we checked out, they added one more day's breakfast fee and argued for a long time.

The room is not big. I booked a twin room on Ctrip, but was given a king-size bed room when I checked in. I requested a high floor and a quiet one, but was given a 1st floor near the elevator. It was quite noisy on the road. They ignored customer needs and made do with it because I was in a hurry. They didn't communicate much to change it.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway station, and convenient for travel. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, bottled water in the room when you check in, and there are coffee shops and supermarkets around. The room is very clean, and the bathroom and shower space are also OK.

Very good hotel. I stayed here when I came back from a business trip. The breakfast was very rich. I basically didn't need to eat lunch at noon after eating in the morning. The facilities in the room were also very complete. The housekeeping was very clean and free mineral water was provided.
