Avoid
Shockingly poor communication and customer service!
Honestly avoid at all costs.
Charges your card without authorisation, ignores messages, was left standing in the street for ages in the middle of night trying to check in.

Stay was as expected
Everything was great, staff was friendly and helpful, though the hotel's dining area on Sunday morning was not cleaned. The room was clean. There is construction on the street of the hotel.

Family friendly in vibrant area
20 min walk to everything... La Rambla, beach, Olympic Stadium etc... Vibrant local part of the city, but still family friendly. Kids loved the apartment. Would recommend to family's of 4 with children over 6...

Pre cruise stay in Barcelona
Not a hostel or a hotel. Almost like an Airbnb where we had a whole apartment to ourselves for our large party. Plenty of room. Excellent air conditioning. Walkable to everything. Hostel was next to a great restaurant which was a great and affordable home cooked like meals. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend.

The room was very large for a family of 5. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is very convenient. The area is nice, but construction on the street makes it a unpleasant visually.

Elevator is tiny. We lost electricity around 11pm with nobody available to help. It was super hot since the AC didn’t work, we couldn’t charge our phones or blow dry our hair. The surrounding was super loud (neighbors living in the area) partying way past midnight. It was really hard to sleep.
Kyle, the front staff, was so nice and super helpful, probably the best about this facility.
