Los Lagos Resort Hotel

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon to spend two nights, they gave us a duplex for 400,000 Gs per night and breakfast included. They force you to pay before giving you the keys. Ok we paid. They gave us some indications and we went to the duplex, it wasn't as pretty as in the photos that only show you the rooms, but anyway… the idea was to rest from the routine and disconnect ****. We went out to explore and the place itself is very, very nice, it has trails, boat rides, bicycles, an artificial lagoon, bridges, and swimming pools (exclusively for guests) so we decided to have a snack at the TATARE restaurant. We sat at a table and no one came to serve us, so we called the table button several times and no one came. I approached one of the girls to place the order and have them take us to the table. At this time the restaurant was almost empty. Not many people. They took a long time to bring us a coffee that was horrible, my boyfriend asked for "with milk" and I asked for "cortado" and it was the same, they both had the same amount of milk, the ugliest coffee I had in my life, and It's not like I'm an expert in coffee or someone exquisite. The raw chipa in the center. Well, we went to our room to rest and then we came back for dinner. In return no one attends, we called the waiters several times, we waited a long time for the food and when we wanted to order dessert they told us that the kitchen has already closed, 10 pm. And of course, with all that they made us wait, it was done much later. We went to sleep. The next day I wanted to take a shower and THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. We called reception and they sent a person to check, the heater was dead. He said he would send someone technical to check (it was a Sunday) and never. We called several times to ask and they told us that someone was going to come and they didn't. The breakfast, SORRY. We stood in line for 40 minutes STOP to go in for breakfast. Because they have a ****ing protocol….. that only 3 people can enter at a time. 40 MINUTES STOPPED TO ENTER FOR BREAKFAST is a total shame and lack of respect. And all to drink the same disgusting coffee and two or three bread with eggs. It was here where, being noon and unable to bathe, we decided to leave and get our money back for the night we already paid for and we didn't plan to stay any longer. We told him that we were going to pay only for the usufruct up to that moment and we were leaving. A real shame, terrible, embarrassment for foreigners who end up in places like this where they do not care in the least about the well-being of the guest.

Muy bien. Pero el edificio es un poco viejo y hay muchos mosquitos. Por eso no pude dormir muy bien.

Muy pretencioso que lo llamen Resort. La habitación llena de humedad, visible en las paredes (manchadas) con olor penetrante a humedad. La alfombra por partes remendada de a pedazos de un color rojo muy feo. Cables y toma corrientes a la vista, desordenados o destapados. Si bien la cama era confortable y el tamaño de la habitación era bueno, no fue gratificante la estadia. El techo del baño descascarado por la humedad y el lavatorio estaba trancado. No ofrecen cobertor o almohada extras. Pegada a la habitación una terraza que es utilizada para fiestas. Mucho ruido durante la fiesta y despues a la mañana temprano al retirar las cosas de la fiesta. Buen desayuno y las personas que atienden en la recepción muy amables, aunque por la noche no hay quien atienda. Lastimosamente no volvería
