Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. Good location near Basingstoke town centre and ample parking (some paid parking if the hotels parking is full)

位置很方便，非常接近市中心商場及火車站。咖啡及茶包在大堂按喜歡取用是很好的安排。
預設3日才收拾房間一次，但因2人同房，房間垃圾筒很細個，所以1、2晚就滿了，要自行通知房務才有得清理垃圾筒，這一點有待改善。

Warm welcome at reception. Comfy room and bed. Great location to visit the town (less than 5 minute walk) and the Anvil theatre (less than 10 minute walk). Tasty, hot breakfast with plenty of choice.

I stayed here again sat 8th and sun 9th November. It's become a go to place to stay for me when I visit my mother in a nearby care home. As usual I had a great stay and the staff are fantastic. Big shout out for Bobby,he really does know the meaning of fantastic customer service. Area and country wide management of premier Inn take note👍👍👍

I've stayed at a fair few Premier Inns over the years and this is honestly the most warma and welcoming one imaginable. The staff here are beyond attentive! The whole team are incredible. Welcoming, warm, polite, attentive. The rooms are immaculate, clean, well laid out and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is tasty, hot, generously sized portions and served in good time. I have literally nothing negative to say! Thank you, and well done, to all the team here - Bobby, Suhas, Claire, Alam, Irene and David - keep up the great work and I hope you're managers appreciate you as much as I have during my stay!

Stayed for a great couple of nights, The two gentlemen who greeted and arranged meals etc, outstanding. Hospitality at its best, All staff where frendly and attentative, couldnt ask for any more, above and beyond exspectations for service. Hotel was great, clean, restaurant offered good food and beverages, its located very close to parking and town.
