We came to the travel lodge for a night and it was a great evening, however in the morning we had a knock on the door at 8am by toxic person. I did not open the door. When we left they kept harassing us to the restaurant. This was very uncomfortable as this person didn’t take no for an answer. Sitting in the restaurant this person came in and made us feel uneasy and kept hanging around. So we left.

I came here to this hotel where my Mum stayed in the Travelodge for overnight after she see a live show at the Basingstoke arena during the night but the staff were amazing especially Yaya who helped us to our rooms where Yaya knows the important room number where my Mum stayed for overnight which is 48 and Yaya did a good job chosen the right room for my Mum and she gave us the important directions to where we can get some drinks and they were very friendly and fantastic yaya and tom. Amazing stay will be back

I got a warm welcome from the manager of the hotel on my arrival and as a matter of fact my room was switched from a noisy to a very quiet one. I reallly enjoyed the quiet and the rooms are clean, nice and warm. Highly recommended.

Really lovely welcome and check in, as well as a friendly check out. The room was cleaned to a great standard, held everything we would want and need for comfort, and essential to a short stay.

Avoid this hotel like the plague the Manger is rude and the rooms are dirty and smelly and I I’ve been bitten due to bed bugs

I came here few weeks ago with some friends we came a bit late during the night but the staff were amazing especially Yaya who helped us to our rooms and gave us directions to where we can get some drinks and they were very friendly and fantastic yaya and tom. Amazing stay will be back

room clean and tidy good size tea coffee making facilities every thing you need places to get food within walking distance had a good nights sleep very comfortable it has been redecorated since our last visit the staff are great at this Travelodge very helpful nothing to much trouble
