The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower were pretty good even though we had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come to the reception. on the day we arrived to check in so we can get the key to our room. At least we were able to park our car in front of the room

Shower was discussing, mould around floor and shower frame ,very unhygienic. Had to wait for an hour till the manager returned from getting lunch and then didn't apologise for keeping us waiting. Time to book into our room was 2 pm NOT 3 pm. The rooms could do with a spring clean

Spent a night here when the weather was fairly average so didn’t get to utilise all the amenities. Room was large, clean and well appointed, it’s not 5 star but it a good clean and honest motel. Close to the shops and a killer view of the bay. Could easily have spent a few days here just kicking back and enjoying the serenity.

Had to wait 1 hr for the person to show up at reception even after my wife had called and was in normal opening hrs, air con doesn’t work room is clean though but wouldn’t bother staying here again as service is piss poor at best avoid if you want what you pay for

Bed linen not clean. Fans and vents filthy. Mould in shower. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty. Unfriendly management. Expensive tariff for one night. All in all a very uncomfortable night. Only good thing was view form the hotel entrance.

Quite comfortable and suitable for an overnight stay. The room was not too small and the shower has good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Even though on the main road, there was no road noise over night. It's close to everything in Batemans Bay.

Check in was at 2pm. Parking available in front of room. Room was musty upon entry..all closed up. We needed to open everything up and run air con which was noisy. Bed comfy maybe alittle hard. Bathroom clean with new towels but vents not clean & some mould present Toaster microwave mini fridge coffee tea etc available. TV worked well with local chanels available. Room was spacious...with a small sofa/lounge which was old and marked. You can here traffic as Hotel on main road but was a comfortable 2 night stay.

What fabulous motel accommodation. We stayed for 6 nights. Room very clean and extremely spacious, even had a 2 seater lounge. Very comfy bed. Was perfect for us to have breakfast in the room every morning as you have a microwave (I knew to take small microwave container to heat our spaghetti), also has toaster, jug and bar frig. Ross was very pleasant and told us to just ask if we needed any extra items. Easy walk to Soldiers Club which had reasonably priced meals. We had an upstairs room at the back but had a view of the water. Would certainly recommend.

Last minute booking on Christmas Day and what a little beauty. 5 minute walk into town to all the shops and restaurants, fishing right accross the road, great customer service, room clean and well suited for a couple with ocean view. Friendly helpful owners
