The location is not near the beach area, no free shuttle bus, so have to grab there. Booked the 2 bedroom suite, toilet blind not working and a bit mouldy, shower area without glass door, end up the toilet get wet easily.
Overall still a pleasant stay with my family, bed is comfortable and Breakfast alot of choices.

We booked the double room family stay, was fantastic. We were first greeted with smile, great service from the reception up till our room service. My room had some condensation, and the staffs actually arranged for a replacement room. There is a kids pool with sand play! So my child gets to play sand without crossing to the beach. The hotel is clean, the breakfast buffet is good, serves local food, location is easy to get to. A pleasant stay.

Nice hotel with nice room. It just pillows too soft. Maybe management can consider to add on the feather in their pillows. Pool suitable for kids

Very friendly staff, very high customer flow, modern interior design although slightly showing age. However seems a problem with the air conditioning which does not seem to dehumidify and keeps emitting humid air and makes slightly discomforting experience.

The location of the hotel is outside the city center. Quite difficult for those who don’t have a car. However, it is easy to get a Grab. Just wait for 5 minutes to get a Grab. The breakfast is super good. Stayed there for 3 days, and the main dishes change every day. Nice and cosy place. During the stay, need to check in at the temporary office because it is under construction. The room is ok not super but but needs to be improved on the condition of the room. Overall, if you intend to stay for relaxing, this is the place.

a great weekend getaway to celebrate our youngest son birthday. greet by sharlene upon check in with lots of positive energy n warmth.. raining but warm soft cookies fix that nicely.. thanx sharlene..
room was great, they even throw bunch of balloons to welcome the birthday boy.. no swimming since the weather was not so friendly.. next stop kids club, the receiption was not that great.. but still not that bad..
breakfast was superb, lots of choices, already full n to kids club again.. perhaps not enough staff, they even had a discussion while children are playing, discussion with a pinch of arguement in front of us.. need a better plan to make that place extra fun for kids.. also please choose more suitable music for KIDS.. not adult, not teeangers but KIDS..
overall was a great experience despite few small bumps here n there.. but nothing cant be fixed with extra effort n lots n lots of smile.. n cookies..
