It’s a good place to enjoy beach and play water in the pool.
But not a good place for shopping
The room is big but very humid, blankets and bedsheets are wet all the time. Aircon cold but no dry function.

My experience of booking a last minute vacation at @Bay View Beach, Penang was very satisfying because this is the first time I have stayed there, the hotel can be given a 4 star rating.
The lobby area is large and attractive, a beautiful lounge area, there is an indoor and outdoor playground, a large pool and most importantly near the beach, unfortunately the beach is a little muddy and not suitable for bathing, but if you want to take pictures and play, it's okay.
For breakfast, there are many choices and it's spacious, you can sit anywhere in the area provided, the price for children is also reasonable and most importantly the food is delicious.
Thank you for the best experience for my family.

The hotel room was old but have a bath tub. The air cond was set to 25 degree and cannot be changed. The were splash and normal pool which really great for kids. The beach area nice to swim.

Service reception was successful, house keeping was helping, hotel just in the middle of town can access to all place, facilities and amenities was good, i like the pool is beautiful and clean, sure will repeat again soon.

Service is good. Just a few minutes walk can reach Frandy Beach bar to enjoy dinner and sunset. Very good location.

One of the air con in the rooms was spoilt and my friend did not had a good time sleeping. We wanted to leave our luggages at the facilities earlier and we were told to leave our luggages near the security but in the open where it was visible to everyone who walked past. The floor when we entered was not very thoroughly cleaned and there was a mulky colour on the flooring. Also, our luggages were only directly protected via only the cctv. We asked the security if we could place our luggages in their security room but they said no. It felt very not assuring. We left our luggages behind boxes to hid from passerby’s sight..
