Palm Club Apart Otel

We are staying in room 5313 and will be checking out today evening. I wanted to share my thoughts before debuting. First of all, you always have a perfect view from everywhere. Since the day we checked in, that is, for 5 days, all the staff have been so friendly and smiling that we especially loved the animator friends. We went to the restaurant, bar, Italian a la carte and the food was excellent by the way. But I didn't like the a la carte of the normal restaurant. Fast food is also very delicious. Their breakfast is excellent, but the number of fruits could be increased, for example, we haven't seen grapefruit lately. Apart from that, there is no problem, the room and hotel cleanliness is good, HK works well. We would like to thank all our employees and managers, they helped us have a beyond perfect holiday. Especially the animation activities and shows are great. Thanks to them, we never got bored, and I'm sure no one ever gets bored. It so happened that I temporarily had to look for budget housing in Kusadasi (but now I can tell you from experience that you can get more for the money). I didn’t like the hotel at all, yes, you can live, but this is the worst hotel in my experience. The room and the surrounding area have already been killed by time, but I see reviews from the 2010s - maybe it was cool there. The faucets are simply the most terrible, all the chrome has long since come off. Water is a separate adventure, and not for everyone. Firstly, the water is salty, it smells very musty, and secondly, it is hot only when the sun is outside, and there is no water in the kitchen at all. For a month of living, no one came to clean the room at all, not for a towel, and certainly not for bed linen. I had to go ask myself. The room is very cold and damp, there is mold in the bathroom. I can’t even imagine what will happen in December-January; there is not enough air conditioning for such an area. The dishes were destroyed, the kettle did not work, I used a purely Turkish one. The area is dirty, there is garbage, they don’t turn on the lights at night at all, it looks like they are saving money. The Internet is a C grade, it copes, but it crashes often. In two weeks, the electricity was cut off four times, and water and internet were lost accordingly. Another huge minus is the location. There are no normal shops nearby, just three eateries of the type: beer-water-snack. The only way to get to the city is by dolmus, a 50-minute walk. There is a good beach 5 minutes walk away, this seems to be the only plus. I think there is nothing to do in this hotel without transport. There are a lot of animals at night: cats, dogs, wild boars were spotted near the hotel a couple of times. I won’t recommend it, let everyone decide for themselves from the above.

The building's glory years are behind it, but still basically everything works. Swimming pool in excellent condition .. big, water +26 . Be careful because the tiles are slippery. The crew is very friendly. The stay is nice and without problems. Excellent value for money.

We had a nice holiday. Our 5 and 10 year old children did not want to leave our hotel and the animator team. What is important is the happiness of our children. I would like to thank my animator friends Ata, Çisil and Ezgi. I recommend Tusan Hotel to families with children.

I thought it was really nice here. The pool and the rooms were always clean! We were given a friendly welcome and were always shown great hospitality. My girlfriend and I are really very satisfied.

It's really impossible to get a good service from this for such a low price. Staff involved. There was a general smell in the room, but it did not prevent our 1 night stay.
