BEWARE the car park system ! I arrived at the formidable entry barrier to be debarred from proceeding because ‘ the car park is full ‘ even though a number of empty spaces were visible. Street parking in this area is akin to a war game, but eventually I found a postage stamp slot for my cherished DB9. After trudging back with suitcase, etc, and complaining at reception, a slot was finally found at the back of the hotel normally used for deliveries - I felt nervous using it, but anything was better than a torn-off wing mirror ! Having been then told that a car park space could only be reserved after one had checked in, I then waited some time to suggest to the Manager that a better system would be to reserve a spot when booking the room … at least one would know in advance whether or no a slot was available. This constructive suggestion appeared to fall on deaf ears.

Excellent Hotel in a great location in Trouville-sur-mer. Everything is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, from the moment you arrive. Parking is paid but well worth it for secure and available parking. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. This was our third visit and we will definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent 4-star hotel with pleasant staff, great breakfast buffet, and convenient location at the south end of town. It's always our go-to choice in Trouville. We've been visiting for years, and will continue to do so. We particularly like the breakfast.

Very nice and cute hotel which is located in quiet neighborhood close to train station. Room was clean and accept lack of fridge was well designed and equipped. Front office stuff was nice and helpful. Because we arrived early we ware able to live our backpack which was really handy. If I go to Trouville again definitely will choose this hotel.

Personable staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, and free parking are all guaranteed here. There are a few other Trouville hotels with good rooms, but parking is always a hassle or an extra cost, and few other hotels offer as good a breakfast. The location is not beachfront, but equidistant between Trouville and Deauville beaches.

Enjoy my stay very much. Customer facing staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. Room with balcony was clean and comfortable. Hotel facilities were all available. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and of excellent quality. Parking can be an issue when busy. Located a short walk from numerous restaurants.
