The room was very quiet and comfortable. A hot tub at the pool area would have been nice. Very nice breakfast.

We had so many issues in the first 15 minutes of getting into our room. The staff ended up moving us rooms but the employee that moved us rlinto a different room didn't put in the computer she moved us so a day after being there we had a random person open our door with a key card. It was supposed to be their room for that night

Unfortunate, they did not have enough breakfast for the guests. There were guests from other hotels sharing the pool which was over crowded. the floors were dirty and the lights in my room were not working properly.

Convenient to Wright Patterson.
Shower leaked into room below us and an employee contacted us about it, and then nothing. We waited over an hour to continue with our showers and never heard from anyone again.
Breakfast on Friday was packed, only 2 empty tables in the entire place and they did not keep the food supplied through 9:00am. When I came down with 5-10 minutes remaining of breakfast, there were literally a couple of bagels, a couple of english muffins & 2 *****s of chicken and over 10 people waiting in line to get that. Very disappointed that they let the food run out close to end of service when there were so many people obviously still hungry.

Check in was great. The room was nice and clean.
However, once the staff changed so did the service. My key card quit working, I went to the service desk, there was no one there.
Tried using the pool, it was ice cold! Tried calling the front desk to get some towels, no answer! Had to shower with hand towels. I paid too much money to stay here for this type of service.

This is a really nice hotel, the room was ezceptionally clean and the layout is very thoughtful and comfortable. No really trouble with the noise and there is lots of parking. The breakfast choices were a little limited and we didnt use the pool so can't speak to that. Front desk was friendly and someone was there all the time. It is in a shopping center area,which makes for some congestion and driving confusion, but otoh if you need a place to eat or shop there are LOTS of choices. We would stay here again.
