A very beautiful park to stay in, we stayed in a lakeview cabin. It was a little aged but very comfortable. The front deck was fantastic, great view towards the lake and trees - with amazing colours at this time of year. The location is great! Lots of walks around the area and really close to walk to town and explore. Beechworth is such a pretty place and would love to have spent more time there.

Spectacular park during Autumn as the colours were amazing. Great place to sit and relax, chat with fellow campers or go for a leisurely stroll around the lake. Beechworth is only a few kms away and it is a beautiful town. A must visit is the old monastery who serve great food in their cafe.

Great caravan park set in a lovely location beside Lake Sambell. The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull and the amenities were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend a stay here. In over ten years of caravanning this is one of the best parks we have stayed at.

Tent camped solo for two nights. Great central location with a lovely stroll into the town centre. Great check in process with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and spotless amenities. Easy access to the various mountain bike trails that are some of the best in the country

A wonderful Caravan park. My site was unpowered as my camper/trailer has sufficient battery capacity to run for a week. I was on the hill over-looking Lake Sambell, which was a pleasure watching the bird life. The staff were very happy to make my stay a pleasurable one, delivery fire wood and having a friendly chat. The amenities were spotless and the hot water in the showers was endless. Well worth a stay as Beechworth and the surrounds has plenty to offer.

We can’t fault the park, amenities and staff at Lake Sambell. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile, then the staff who took us to our site and helped us with manoeuvring our caravans to the best positions, and the speedy wood delivery, with a cheerful attitude, what more could you want, The park is lovely at this time of the year, large sites, beautiful trees, amenities are spacious and clean, and we love the quirky jokes on the shower and toilet doors. We look forward to another trip to this lovely park in beautiful Beechworth.

Great park, friendly staff, beautiful trees and out look, spotlessly clean and tidy everywhere. Plenty to do in the park and surrounding area. Great direction for backing the van and I also noticed you could have the tractor do the parking for you if needed. Everyone was happy and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Loved our stay..The staff were so friendly and helpful ..Most grateful for helping us to park our van ,the great chats and smiles every time staff went past..Lovely clean park ammenities great hot showers .Very close to town rail trail and the epic..Lovely trees and green lawns beautiful views of the lake ..We came with a bike riding group had so much fun ..hope to bring family back to enjoy the ambience ..thanks 😁
