Lovely hotel welcoming with complimentary drinks 24hrs. Next to Lawson conveni stall and provide free shuttle bus to/fro Disneyland/sea. 10mins walk to bigger suppermarkets and eateries. Room space is better compared to normal Japan hotel room size considering 2 double bed although we have only 2 person. Am happy with the 3nighrs stay given above and washing machine reasonable charge at 300jpy and dryer at 100jpy. Can be improve to have luaggage weighing machine. They're kind to received items on behalf abd provide courier service at front counter from what I know. Lastly, it's convient 3muns walk to take airport limo bus from next door Hyatt Hotel. Thank you!

This was the biggest room I've stayed in Tokyo, and it was also convenient for getting to Disney with their shuttle service. However, getting to and from the city center was a bit of a hassle because it's quite far from the subway station. Also, over two days, I asked several different front desk staff multiple times how to get to Haneda Airport. They all just gave me the shuttle schedule and told me to go to the opposite Hyatt hotel to catch the bus. But not a single person told me I needed to book tickets in advance! When I arrived at the pick-up point on the day, I was told ticket sales had already closed. Even though there were visible empty seats on the shuttle, they wouldn't let me board! I had to take a taxi to the airport to catch my flight, which ended up costing me 680 RMB. I'm really quite unhappy about this point!

Excellent value for money, far exceeding my expectations. The two 1.4m beds can be pushed together, making it arguably the largest bed in a budget hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, absolutely a kids' paradise. The shower room is also very comfortable, and the sink water is drinkable. The shuttle bus to Disneyland is also very convenient, although it takes about an hour round trip each day.

The room was clean and tidy, with new and spacious facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my child and I were very satisfied. The hotel's environment is excellent; there's a park just across the road, and it's close to Tokyo Bay with nice views. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to and from Disney, making it convenient to visit both Disney parks. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is handy for shopping. Additionally, getting to Narita Airport is very convenient. You can take a direct shuttle bus from the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel, which is super convenient. Next time I visit Tokyo Disney, the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Bay will definitely be my first choice.

I recommend this hotel if you are visiting to disney and want to stay overnight after a long tiring day walking around at disney. All the staff are very accommodating and kind. The buffet is really good also. They a bus also back and forth to disneyland so no worries. They have also a playroom at the lobby for the kids🤗🥰you must try here

Honestly , it’s not cheap and there’s no free amenities like cream, coffee , etc … the drip coffee type , or even the Bath salt… don’t really recommend unless u really need to go Disney …

Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers a great experience during our trip to Tokyo Disney Land. Hotel provides shuttle bus service to Tokyo Disney Land which is very convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and willing to provide a service. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and also has kid friendly zone as well. There is a minimart, Lawson, nearby which can be directly access from hotel which make it very convenient to find a food or other items. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for staying if you plan to visit Tokyo Disney Land.

The room was very spacious and very clean. Smells good upon our entry. There were extra amenities for kids. The lobby has a play area for the kids while waiting and a welcome drinks that can be brought to the room. For the breakfast buffet, we went down around 8am and it was crowded already but they managed the customers well from where to sit and explanations are in English so it was really helpful. Theres not so much to choose from and foods are quite ok, I can say it's not worth for the price. Foods for the children was perfect and many to choose from which kids will love. They even have tokens for chocolate sweets for the kids. But overall, it was great and we slept soundly.

Good location if you pick to have a journey at Disney resort. Free shuttle service from hotel to Disney and good information.

Very impressive experience for this hotel, the room is clean and big enough for a family, it has shuttle buses between airports to hotel and Disney to hotel, very convenient! Will choose it again for sure!

This is near but only have 1 lawson nearby. No restaurant nearby.

So many little things made this hotel great. Kids-focused buffet with chocolate fountain and little candy machine included, free Disney shuttle, little play area in the lobby… very much exceeded expectations!

Great place, close to Disney and reletivly close to Shibuya and Roppongi. The amenities were great and breakfast was solid
