The front desk girls are the kindest & most helpful people I have ever met in all my 30 years of travel worldwide. They have me to contact the bus company to claim refund for me as the bus trip from Beihai to Haikou is canceled because of Taiphon Yogi. Then they called Agoda to cancel & claim refund for my hotel stay in Sanya.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Our room was very comfortable and immaculate. The hotel is convenient to the central area as well as to the train station. The breakfast is quite a spread. The hotel provides free laundry service. The staff is amazing. They are friendly n attentive. They recommended us the restaurant and massage where their locals patronize. We love the food and the massage services. Big Thank to 小谷，小元，李李 and 小王 to give us such a memorable and enjoyable stay in your hotel. 谢谢你们🥰.

Checked in and sent fruit, because the room was upgraded in the off-season, the front desk lady also sent breakfast, the handsome guy at the front desk also asked me to bring a bottle of water to drink on the road, and the soup powder for breakfast tasted very good, overall nice, next time I need to come back

MM619875****It was my first time staying at the Liyi Hotel Hepu. My first impression was that it looked high-end. The rooms were all voice-controlled and very comfortable! The girls at the front desk were also nice. Each one was very pretty, and their service attitude was very good and attentive! When I checked in, I accidentally scratched my foot with the suitcase, but I didn’t bring a Band-Aid with me. I asked the front desk if there was a Band-Aid. The front desk brought it up and helped me put it on! I instantly felt like I was back home! The hotel breakfast was also very rich. I have been to many hotels in Hepu before, and I felt that the breakfasts were very average and there were few varieties. But the combination of Chinese and Western styles at the Liyi Hotel really won my heart. I really like the coffee in the morning! The first choice for business trips to Hepu in the future! I hope the hotel can do better and better
