"Yes, it's not just a hygiene issue. Around 9 or 10 pm, the lights inexplicably went out, but the air conditioner still worked; it was just the lights that wouldn't turn on. Customer service told me to search the room, but I couldn't find the electrical panel. Finally, their staff came and knocked on the door to fix it. Don't consider this place if your little girl is traveling alone; it's quite scary. I saw a previous review that downplayed the issue, so I'll emphasize it again: there's no squat toilet in the bathroom, and the toilet bowl was covered in urine stains—very unhygienic! Don't even consider booking a sea-view room. It's practically a million miles from the sea. With the air conditioner on, the outdoor unit on the balcony gets extremely hot, and it's inconvenient to enjoy the view."

The weather has been good these two days, so you can wear something beautiful👙 to take pictures📷 ✨The overall facilities are very nice and the balcony of the room is beautiful. ✨If I hadn’t ordered it myself, I wouldn’t have believed it was so cheap and cost-effective💯 When I get tired from playing, I lie down on the bed to take off the fatigue of the day. Zundu is so comfortable~ Living in such an environment makes people reluctant to leave‼ ️ You can stay in such a cost-effective hotel for only RMB 100➕ per person. It is the first choice for sisters coming to Beihai🌷"

At that time, the order showed 900 per night, was it 1800 for those two nights? However, I received a deduction text message, and the actual deduction was 1979! Why? Can the price change if the order is placed in advance? Others: There are a lot of mosquitoes and they are big."

"The service at the Chinese restaurant was really slow. We waited for 10 minutes after entering the restaurant and no one came to take our order. Also, many dishes on the menu didn't have prices listed. On the plus side, the hotel is close to Zhanqiao Pier, and all the other staff were great, especially the pool attendant. My child doesn't know how to swim, and the attendant kindly helped teach them, which made me feel very reassured."

It's also very close to Qiaogang Style Street, JinHaiwan Mangrove Scenic Area, and the International Passenger Port, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options including many authentic Guangxi specialties and fresh fruits. The InterContinental quality is truly dependable."

"This hotel is truly fantastic! Downstairs, there's a big lawn perfect for sunbathing, a pet park, and an outdoor pool (sadly closed in winter, but it makes for great photos!). You can access Silver Beach directly from the hotel's back entrance, and the sand is incredibly fine. From the room, you get direct views of the wetland, a bridge, and the Ferris wheel – it's quite beautiful! The indoor pool is heated, so the kids can play all day. Dining is also convenient; if you don't feel like going out, you can eat at the hotel, and the food is good. It's suitable for families with kids, parents, or even couples – a truly hassle-free stay!"

"Choosing Beihai Silver Beach 8861 Beach Resort Hotel was definitely the best decision of the trip! The stay far exceeded expectations. From the cleanliness and attentive service to the prime location, every aspect deserves a five-star rating. Upon entering the room, I was struck by its impeccable cleanliness. The sheets and duvet covers were pristine white and soft, without a single lint. The bathroom glass door was crystal clear and free of limescale, the toilet was spotless and odorless, and even the grout lines of the tiles were spotless—I felt completely safe walking barefoot. The gardens and corridors in the public areas were also consistently tidy, with a subtle fragrance in the air. The service was incredibly heartwarming. During our pre-trip WeChat communication, the butler thoughtfully reminded us of the check-in instructions. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with our luggage and even upgraded us to a room with a terrace free of charge. When I casually mentioned that my child was afraid of the dark, the butler quickly brought a nightlight and children's picture books. Breakfast can be delivered to the room, and the seafood porridge was delicious—the attention to detail was remarkable. The location is truly prime; it's just a five-minute walk to Silver Beach, making it incredibly convenient for an evening stroll with the children. It's only a ten-minute taxi ride to Qiaogang Style Street and Wanda Plaza. Restaurants and shopping are readily available nearby, and the villa area is exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. This vacation with the kids was worry-free and comfortable from start to finish. My child kept saying they wanted to come back again before leaving. I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Beihai, and I'll definitely choose 8861 again next time!"

"The location is very close to the high-speed rail station and the business district, and it is very convenient to travel. There is an altitude pool restaurant on the 26th floor of the hotel. At night, you can enjoy the night view while dining. The Southeast Asian flavor is very positive and the restaurant decoration is very emotional. There are multiple bars and cafes downstairs, very petty. Hotel service is very good. We also upgraded the room. The room facilities are complete, and the toilet also has a smart toilet lid. What is even more unexpected is that there is an electric massager to press the waist back."
