Marina bay Seaview Homestay, No.1 Beibu Gulf, Beihai
"The balcony directly faces Golden Beach, and there are two bathrooms. It has two rooms with large beds, and the environment is quiet, perfect for light sleepers. The community is right across the road from the beach, so it's great for those who enjoy foraging or digging for shells. You can cook, and there's a washing machine and refrigerator. It's suitable for both long and short stays. There's an electric scooter rental spot right behind the complex, and shared bikes also have a parking area, making getting around very convenient. I didn't take photos of the room. Not far from the complex is the Golden Beach promenade, and at the end of the promenade is the Ocean Park, perfect for a stroll."

"The butler service was excellent, and the local breakfast spot they recommended was delicious. They even helped arrange connecting rooms for my friends and me, which was very thoughtful. It would be great if the hotel had more children's facilities and space."

"I highly recommend Beihai Silver Beach Brother Shan's Seaview Homestay! The view is absolutely stunning, with a high-floor panoramic view of the beautiful seascape. You can see the ocean right from your bed, and the spacious balcony offers breathtaking views of the Ferris wheel and the cross-sea bridge – truly a 10/10 for scenery and relaxation. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Brother Shan himself is super warm, thoughtful, and provides excellent service. The location is great for getting around, very close to Silver Beach, and it's fantastic value for money. It was so comfortable staying here for our vacation in Beihai, and we'll definitely be back!"

It coincided with the typhoon weather. We were trapped in the hotel and were inconvenient to go out. The front desk staff was also enthusiastic to help take out. The whole process was patient and responsible. All the staff were friendly and thoughtful. It made people feel warm in special weather. The overall service was impeccable and highly recommended!"

The front desk service is very warm, the hotel's just opened health environment is very clean in all aspects, it is recommended"

"In Weizhou Island, Crocodile Mountain is the best place to enjoy the sea view and volcanic rocks, especially when the wind blows. The big waves hit the shore, stirring up thousands of layers of water, which is very spectacular. The experience of staying in this homestay is also good. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the environment is pleasant, and the breakfast is delicious. If you have the opportunity in the future, come again~"

"You absolutely must stay at this place when you visit Beihai! The community is upscale and elegant, with a beautiful and quiet environment and complete facilities. The swimming pool and relaxation area are perfect for taking photos. It's very close to the beach, making it super convenient for beach walks. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-laid out, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner is exceptionally kind, attentive, and provides impeccable service."
Beihai Baibu Yintan Homestay
"The B&B is very close to Silver Beach, only a ten-minute walk or three minutes by electric car. It is a three-bedroom house and very friendly for family trips. The owner and his family are very welcoming and have all kinds of tools for catching fish, digging sand and cooking. Mahjong machines can be played by many people, and we play water games every day. Note: Sweets must be sealed and refrigerated, never left outside. I bought an Uncle Jim's cake, but didn't eat a single bite of it. After leaving it out for half a day, it became crawling with small bugs like ants. When the boss found out, he immediately provided insecticide. The community environment is very good. There is a paid swimming pool downstairs, and the water is changed every four days. When it comes to food, Shaxian snacks are more cost-effective than other restaurants. The one next to it that says "canteen" has a ok meal, but the seafood processing is a rip-off, three to four times the price of Zhou's processing in my hometown of Beihai."

"This is hands down the best family-friendly resort in Beihai. The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Silver Beach Scenic Area, and it even has a private access path directly to the beach. Our room offered comfortable sea views, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel lobby's design is unique, with a beautiful spiral staircase that's perfect for photos – many photographers come here to shoot. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, and we had bellhops assist with our luggage. The security guards at the entrance were also very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel boasts several swimming pools, which are great for kids who love to splash around, and there are plenty of family-friendly recreational facilities, some free and some with a charge. Our butler, Julia, was wonderfully warm and attentive; we were very satisfied with her service. Beyond Silver Beach, the hotel is also conveniently close to Mangrove Forest and Qiaogang, making it easy to get around!"

"This hotel is truly fantastic! Downstairs, there's a big lawn perfect for sunbathing, a pet park, and an outdoor pool (sadly closed in winter, but it makes for great photos!). You can access Silver Beach directly from the hotel's back entrance, and the sand is incredibly fine. From the room, you get direct views of the wetland, a bridge, and the Ferris wheel – it's quite beautiful! The indoor pool is heated, so the kids can play all day. Dining is also convenient; if you don't feel like going out, you can eat at the hotel, and the food is good. It's suitable for families with kids, parents, or even couples – a truly hassle-free stay!"

"I stayed here again after just one day. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk straight to Silver Beach from the back entrance, which is perfect for families with kids. The facilities are standard but functional, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel breakfast is great, with many live cooking stations, offering tasty and hygienic options. However, the kids' play area gets overcrowded and chaotic when there are too many children."

"I stayed at a hotel that cost over 4000 yuan per night for three consecutive days. The breakfast consisted of only five different items, repeated every day, and on the last day, even those five items weren't guaranteed. The bathroom drainage had problems, and despite reporting it to the front desk, it wasn't addressed promptly. The hotel staff were poorly trained; I saw a staff member eating leftover food from a guest's room while cleaning the room next door. They advertised a complimentary travel photography session, but it turned out to be taken by a trainee girl who looked to be under 20. In every aspect, it was not worth the 4000 yuan price tag. As a 24-year member of Ctrip, this was definitely the worst value-for-money stay I've ever had."

The common areas were clean and tidy, thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were bright and well-ventilated, offering a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the rooms were perfect for taking photos. Cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless bedding that even those with a strong aversion to germs would find reassuring. The service was attentive and considerate. The housekeeper was warm and friendly, responsive, and proactively offered travel tips and local restaurant recommendations. They responded quickly to any needs, providing thoughtful yet unobtrusive service. The location was superb, conveniently close to attractions, shopping districts, and train stations. Restaurants and supermarkets were readily available nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. Overall, it was excellent value for money, comfortable and welcoming like home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!"
