Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block.
The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:)
Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island!
Overall A+ experience!
(Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

潿洲島三天，住的真真是太舒服了，管家服務貼心，房間夠大，門口還有泡池和沙發。早上的早餐食材豐富，下午還有下午茶和水果。餐廳的廚師，手藝超讚，幫忙買的海鮮，便宜又新鮮。出了民宿不遠就是石螺口海灘，沙灘也挺細的，趕海玩海上項目都有。

2023年12月就打算來看鯨魚，當時潿洲島斷斷續續的停航就放棄了。今年來了，天氣也不好，鯨魚也沒看到，但這家酒店給了我們太多驚喜：從進門就開始送的旅行必備小包，兩天的下午茶，還有離店伴手禮等等……其他常規操作就不説了，總之酒店非常滿意。我們就騎個電三輪到處亂逛，非常舒服和安逸，居然還看到在天上飛着的殲11戰鬥機。酒店餐飲也很不錯，味道好，乾淨，還可以送到房間。祝生意興隆！

交通：酒店有安排碼頭接送服務，會提前與客人確定坐船時間，提前備好車；島上交通，管家會幫忙叫租車店老闆到前台；
住宿：酒店共四層，每層三個房間，我們住在四層，開闊海景，房間舒適，備品齊全，有電梯，一層有24小時恆温泳池，每個房間都有泡池，放上熱水吹吹海風，很愜意；有早餐、下午茶，可以根據自己的時間安排餐點；入住贈送了禮盒，有艾草錘、玫瑰手霜和拓香片，離店的時候還送了貝殼展示相框；有管家服務，任何需求，都是秒回，所有問題都辦妥；
周邊：步行可到石螺口海灘；酒店樓下有落日餐廳提供三餐和下午茶，親測，味道不錯；步行五分鐘有商業街可解決採購吃飯喝奶茶吃甜品；
因為春節期間天氣不好，大風陰天，沒見過太陽，因為酒店很優秀，彌補了破爛的天氣帶給我的不開心，在酒店露台看風景也是很不錯的，下次有機會還會再選擇住在這裏的，送給大家一張難得的晚霞照。

潿洲島碼頭接/送各一次:接送非常及時，態度也很好
設施：洗漱用品不錯，泡池水温非常給力
衞生：每天都有阿姨打掃，如果可以及時一點就更好了
環境：離海邊非常近，天氣好的時候看到落日真的會被感動哭，非常值得 不過周圍的雞醒得有點早
服務：走的時候送了一個伴手禮，非常可愛 老闆還幫忙租車

這次潿洲島之行，孩子評價説，最滿意的就是潿洲島白·HOTEL。上島和下島都有專車接送，特別是我們下島臨時因天氣原因，提前一天，行程做了調整。住宿期間贈送了下午茶，歡迎水果，晚上還有熱牛奶。孩子最喜歡的就是恆温泳池，春節有點涼了，多虧了這個泳池，承包了孩子的快樂！早餐提前會確認菜單，準時送到房間。非常推薦！

想訂的酒店都沒有房間了，陰差陽錯選了這家，入住後才知道跟礁石酒店是同一個老闆，很用心，在住過的民宿裏面數一數二了，晚上回去晚了老闆還把下午茶留着，這次天氣不好，下次有機會還來。
