很滿意，一辦完入住前台小姐姐就送了水果，而且還給我們升級了房間，電梯間也有空調。
衞生間乾濕分離，這個是我選酒店最注重的。衞生間、房間無任何異味，温濕度正合適，洗了衣服晾了一夜就幹了，但也不會過於乾燥。
夜裡挺安靜的，床墊舒服，睡得很香。
自助餐種類多，味道不錯，餐廳環境好，選擇這家酒店不會踩雷。
現在我在離金灘海邊較近的一家酒店（潮濕+衞生間有異味），我和我妹崽都超級想念柏曼，可惜行程比較緊湊，不然後天從潿洲島回來了還想住的（後天返粵）

服務態度很好，環境也不錯，值得一提的餐廳，孩子賴床，超過餐廳營業時間，也吃到了不錯的早餐！打掃衞生的阿姨也很好，看到我們撿了貝殼，還專門給我們拿了一個袋子裝❤️。
但是個人覺得床有點高，孩子爬上去很費勁。洗衣房太擠了，可能是這幾天北海下雨，大家都需要烘乾。
