酒店我真的覺得不值這個價，服務很差
訂8225和8223，8225房間衹有一瓶水，晚上回來發現馬桶🚽是壞的，漏水，晚上睡覺都是臭味
來人看了給我説，樓上昨天也是同樣問題，春節沒人修。既然是壞的為何還要開出來給旅客住宿。
再説服務真的太差，12點一個男的敲門説換床單。
住怎麼多酒店，沒見那家酒店12點換床單的。
裏面設施老化很嚴重。
很噁心一次住店經歷。

房間設施有點陳舊，而且房間門鎖還是壞的，好在一家人同行，旁邊房間都是自己家人心裏能寬慰點。環境勝在臨海而居，早上醒來看着窗外平靜的海面和一條條漁船，很治癒。

完全就是海上的酒店，北海老街往海邊走就能看到很明顯，附近幹啥都方便，就是過年期間人太多了，太貴了，去前台剛好聽到有人來問多少錢，説一千五一晚，人家問啥條件啊一千五。房間非常破舊，能讓你體驗漁民生活，牆皮翻着，感覺自己一個人住會害怕那種。我娃一説起來就會説那家特別破的酒店啊……

這個海上酒店跟實際宣傳嚴重不符。設施陳舊，房間門一打開就是怪味，窗户非常臟很久沒打掃的樣子，以至於觀海這個想法盪然無存，前台服務不達標，中午開好房卡，晚上吃完飯回來發現門卡開不了門，等待很長時間前台才過來開門，最嚴重的是房間不乾淨，牆壁到處長黴，地面散落的頭髮，浴室水漬不拖，退房早上一打開房門還聞到死老鼠的屍腐味。詳情請看圖。總之就是在這裏度過了一個非常不愉快的夜晚，這是迄今為止500多的價格裏面住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。我不建議任何人來這家酒店。

性價比很高，服務很貼心，建在海里，乾淨整潔，物品品質也不錯，值得推薦，早晨起來還能趕海，離漁港也近，附近生活設施齊全，還便宜

我們是從北海自駕三亞這個酒店服務還不錯，就是相比這個價錢相比三亞的房間設施很成就，看海的話還可以就是玻璃很脹，而且因為在市場附近很臭蚊子很多不能開窗，房間很大一股黴味。最好別去附近就餐，周邊都是坑一個接一個。
