前台的年紀大的姐姐完全溝通不了，什麼事就是他也不是老闆，找個一次性拖鞋都沒有，不想説太多了，房間設施一般

這個酒店最棒的是在僑港風情街進去的口子上，吃東西逛街很方便！酒店樓頂有洗衣機也可使用，也有洗衣液。酒店的洗漱太台水龍頭有點不給力，水流很小，附近有個龍哥海鮮的花蟹葱姜炒還可以，那個汪姐海鮮也隔得近，但是味道一般吧！沒有吹的那麼好。酒店背後麪還有一個早市，可以去吃早餐（好像早市開到1點鐘）小吃種類很多，有個賣蚵仔煎的小攤做得很好吃。

服務非常好，是參加自行車比賽，也幫一樓寄存自行車，空調壞了也積極解決問題扛了電風扇，主要是服務到位，去僑港海灘也近

酒店位置很好，走路就能到銀灘，工作人員服務態度很好，特別是管家霍霍服務細心，等房給我們送了下午茶，酒店兩個泳池，還有小童樂園，孩子玩得很開心！
