I came to Beihai for a trip and had a great stay experience. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. I will stay here again next time I come to Beihai!

After waiting to go up, I found that the front desk had given me the innermost room, which was difficult to find. As soon as I entered, the room was still filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke... The phone in the room was still broken. I had to take my luggage downstairs and ask the front desk to adjust the room change. The front desk didn't even say an apology, so... I handed over a new room card. It’s done…cow…. Of course, the room type was not upgraded but I was given a room with a window facing the main road. I didn't feel it at first. It became quiet a little at night. The sound of the high-speed train passing by and the traffic next to the road plus the sound of running water in the laundry room next door were absolutely...clear. It's clear... I hear people talking outside doing laundry from time to time, because the laundry room is next door to room 310... The sound insulation is so poor that light still shines through. In addition, the bedding is very hard and has a musty smell, and there are black pen marks on the sheets... The towels and bath towels are also the worst quality I have ever encountered in a hotel... It is the first time that the bath towels are as thin as hand towels... .In this day and age, the only TVs that don’t have the screen mirroring function are old TVs...Thanks to the front desk for a sleepless night...0 points for service The young lady I met at noon the next day was very nice.
