房間比較小，而且沒有窗户，樓下是個小酒吧比較吵，床比較晃悠，而且房間裏有蜘蛛網和掉漆，，挺糟心的，入住體驗比較差，好處就是位置好，就在南灣街邊，出門就是大海，風景還可以，周邊比較繁華，比較方便，還有就是千萬不要租老闆的電瓶車，很差勁

這個酒店很稀爛，酒店沒有電動車，前一天晚上訂的，當時我在五彩沙灘那邊不好打車，想退掉，不讓退，像旅遊酒店不能退（正常，可以理解）但是到了後沒有前台，可能老闆出去忙了（也可以理解），到了三點鐘，還是沒人，中途有聯繫老闆，然後讓我們自己去，酒店確實一般，第一個房間床垮了，第二個有異味，反正吧，沒有跟老闆見面，也不知道服務咋樣，個人感覺體驗一般般，多去來玩的，多去村莊那邊的民宿，有電動車騎行方便，誰訂這個酒店去住了，我佩服他的勇氣，誰住誰**，店家不用回覆評論，我沒有跟你們接觸過，我自己坐車去坐車走的，酒店不讓退的，來玩的，避雷了奧

海景房，早上在海堤跑步和散步很爽！本來是衝著見美女老闆小舒淇來的，可惜沒見到，晚上想到一樓聽歌和喝酒的，可惜那晚沒客人，不遠處有個酒館很熱鬧。房間小點，但房價不高，有個浴缸，有一次泡澡墊，生平第一次在酒店泡浴缸。樓梯窄，老年人有點不合適

離海相當近，有間房間窗外即大海～房間佈置比較用心，但衞生體驗感比較不好，無廁紙（有面紙），入住後發現衞生間把手上還晾着上個客人留下的襪子，不知道有沒有打掃過，跟老闆説了下，讓我們自己把襪子扔了😅

朋友們千萬不要上當啊，圖片都是美化包裝過的，又臟又亂，早上上島後一直聯繫店主聯繫不上，等了很久沒有地方放行李，服務太差了，立馬就換了一家酒店，真的沒遇到過那麼無語的事情

就給另一個女的打來電話，女的一來就道歉説店長昨晚喝酒了心情不太好。不好意思，我就納悶了，心情不好關我什麼事，你開店的心情不好就對了客人撒氣嗎，就看在這個女的態度還可以的份上，我過去看了房間，小到離譜。就一張床一個廁所沒有窗户。和圖片上有窗户看到海的宣傳完全不一樣，後來我們還是決定不住，都有在跟那個女的好好説話，就是這三百多塊給的一點都不值，白白挨一頓罵很影響旅遊的心情，想着在**曝光一下，把錄音也放上去，但是還是算了。

環境：房間不大但是很乾凈，很喜歡這種設計師風格的裝修哈哈
位置超級好的一家民宿，在潿洲島CBD南灣街，出門就是無敵海景！門口裝修的非常惹眼，南灣街上最少女心的店哈哈。
樓下是酒吧樓上是民宿，酒吧有駐唱，到晚上11點結束，房間裏貼心準備了耳塞，不過我是夜貓子，用不到hh喜歡酒吧氛圍的強烈推薦這家店！
