The Ji'an Hotel met my expectations very well! The sense of luxury, art and homeliness is just right. Hygiene: The hotel keeps both the public areas and the rooms clean. The cleaners will clear the garbage, make the beds, and replenish consumables after you go out every day. You will feel very good when you come back. Environment: The infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel and the seats in the courtyard are great, and it is very comfortable whether you are swimming or reading a book; the hotel is very close to Silver Beach, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The musical fountain in the tide sculpture area at night is super beautiful and shocking (you need to check the time before going to avoid missing it). Service: The hotel service staff is very friendly. The lobby provides free brown sugar biscuits and tangerine peel candy, as well as hot water and cold tea. The hotel will give customers welcome fruits and provide pick-up and drop-off services at the passenger port. The hotel breakfast is very rich, nutritious and delicious. Service: Especially good! On the last day of Beihai, I was afraid that it would rain and didn't bring an umbrella. The front desk lady borrowed an umbrella for me. It was too practical! Environment: Very beautiful, the pool in the small courtyard is too suitable for taking pictures, the boss also raised a cute cat, the three flowers are not big, but very lively, so interesting! There is also a quieter, white, and very beautiful! Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy. There will be a lot of flies in the place for breakfast. I see the boss with sticky fly boards. It is inevitable that there are many mosquitoes in the house on the beach. The front desk provides mosquito repellent water. It is recommended to spray it before entering the house! Facilities: When I went there was an off-season, I didn't go to the pool to stroll in the hotel in the rainstorm. The summer peak season should be very lively.

I stayed here with my girlfriend during the Chinese new year, and we loved it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the boy who helped with our luggage and the restaurant staff, such as Wang Xiaomei who welcomed us each morning. The hotel is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The only problem I had, as with all HI hotels I’ve stayed in recently, is that the pillows are uncomfortable and need replacing, and the duvet is far too thick for the warm weather in Beihai. Also, they advertised on Ctrip that they have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work. Overall, a good stay though thanks to the staff.

The hotel is located within the Haitai Villa area, and it's just a five or six-minute walk to Silver Beach. The rooms have a mini-fridge, which is super convenient for storing yogurt and milk. I'd guess the hotel owner might have a bit of a Virgo complex, judging by how everything is so minimalist, neat, and tidy everywhere – absolutely meticulous. It made me feel very comfortable staying there with my kids.

I accidentally booked the wrong date online (the 29th), but thankfully, both Ctrip and the hotel's customer service teams helped me switch to the correct date at 1 AM. I'm incredibly grateful! I've always vacationed in Sanya before. A long time ago, I visited Fangchenggang and had a terrible experience with its dark, dirty sea. This time, with only a three-day break, I decided to try Beihai, and to my absolute surprise, the hotel's service was fantastic! The staff greeted everyone with a smile, and the hotel was clearly well-staffed. Free bottled mineral water was always available for guests. In Sanya, you usually only get water in your room and have to pay extra for juices or coconut water elsewhere, so this hotel truly offers incredible value for money! The only minor drawback was the absence of a private beach, unlike Sanya, but everything else was superb. The 378 yuan double package included a generous amount of seafood, which would be absolutely impossible to find at that price in Sanya. They even surprised my child with a birthday cake on the 28th, which thrilled them! The hotel truly embodied a 'home away from home' and customer-centric service philosophy, making our stay unforgettable and thoroughly satisfying. I'll definitely be returning for this amazing service!

Next to the beach walk and away from the fireworks. Crowne had all the things needed. But, stock the bar to fit the menu advertised ;-) Make sure to trek to the art gallery and IOMA. Big Whale bar is on the walkway behind the hotel. Snacks and full bar. About 25-30 minutes from Old Street and 15-29 minutes from the Weizhou Ferry Port (has mall). Fireworks beach maybe 10 minutes away with food stalls.
