On our first day, we arrived to find a lot of guests, and our room wasn't ready even after a long wait. The lobby manager (I think her name was Cheng Jing) immediately helped us coordinate another room. Xiao Lin, who was in charge of reception, even added me on WeChat to proactively share details about our stay and a guide to exploring Beihai. Having stayed at many hotels, Marriott's service definitely ranks number one for me. And the hotel facilities are top-notch, no need to even mention them – the room type, location, and amenities are all fantastic! We initially planned to stay for two days, but my wife and kids were so comfortable that we extended our stay for another two. We'll definitely choose Marriott again when we come back to Beihai.
