好評是給前台李娜的，服務好，有求必應。缺點：電視遙控器在床上按不好用，調一個節目得按幾十上百次。衹有在地上離電視幾釐米的距離對準機頂盒按才管用。續住打掃衞生，阿姨掃了個地拖了個地就走了。打掃完房間又喊回來，廁紙沒了提醒她才放，水也是提醒了才放，浴巾還是提醒了才放，垃圾桶也沒倒就要走，我都服了，打掃完房間，我又叫回來，提醒了四次，想要累死客人嗎？乾脆讓我自己打掃算了，不夠操心的。

環境不錯的一家酒店，位置在熙悦對面，房間挺大的，建議大家入住的時候儘量選擇有窗的！視野開闊，環境非常好，服務也很好，乾淨整潔。設施齊全！👏🏻

喊保潔打掃房間，進來拖了個地就走了。再打第二遍電話，擦了下洗手池又離開。再找第三次，告知她換浴巾，換完離開了。接下來又要提醒她，放廁紙，填水，倒垃圾桶。如果你不提醒，她轉身就走。隔了半小時後發現，牙刷沒放，地也沒拖乾淨，全是水，拖鞋都濕透了。真是搞崩客人心態的一天，極其無語。

房間一入住就發現馬桶有問題，不給退換，説做不出來房間。問能不能換別的房型，還是説做不出來房，太忙。我整個無語了。
