Great location in a quite village for exploring the wild sections of the Great Wall such as the Sky ladder and Beijing knot on the first day. Food was fantastic and offered lots of choice for our vegetarian diet. Hot water required a little wait and the room was quite chilly but it was a cold night!

The ideal residence for the outdoorsman. It is the most cost-effective B&B in the area and a must-have for viewing and climbing the Great Wall. The whole family is kind-hearted, and the landlady is generous and kind-hearted. The food is delicious.

I took aerial photos of the Jiankou Great Wall. It was my first time staying at his house. The room was clean and tidy, the service was friendly, and I could fly a drone on his terrace, which was very convenient.

The small mountain village at the foot of the Great Wall is surrounded by mountains and has a magnificent view. From the bottom of the building, you can directly overlook the Jiankou Great Wall and guard the sun, moon and stars. The yard is sunny and the flowers are blooming. The tabby cat 🐱 is super cute. The living environment has all the facilities that one expects to find, and it is as warm as spring after snow, full of farm joy.

The family room with a view is a plastic steel room built behind the roof. If you are over 175cm tall, don’t choose this room. You will be unable to lift your head when you enter the room. There is a small courtyard surrounding the door of the house. The scenery is good, and you can see the Great Wall surrounding it. The air conditioner is noisy and the soundproofing of the house is not good. During the National Day season, the smelly lady killed at least 20 of them in two days, which shows that they all got in because of the lack of strictness. I suggest improvements. The boss's service is more enthusiastic, answering every question.

Ideal accommodation for climbing the Great Wall

The proprietress' family is very nice, the old couple has a gentle attitude, and the conversation makes people feel cordial and comfortable. The food was delicious, and we got up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for us. Already recommended to friends.
