Manners with foreign costumers are not adequate.
They asked us for our passports 4 times and one of them, the man in reception called our room at 12 at night..
They don't speak English and show no intention of making themselves understood.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the stay. However, the breakfast room was too small, less than 20 square meters. Except for the food table, there were only 8 tables and 22 chairs. There were no windows on the B1 floor.
