Response from Property: Dear _TIGByh9mjq7****,Thank you very much for choosing to stay at Beijing International Hotel.We truly appreciate your review on Ctrip pertaining to our products and services during your recent stay.Chang' an 28 steak house is the only revolving restaurant and lounge in the Chang' an Avenue at the top of our building, led by the professional culinary team, this restaurant received two Golden Phoenix stars in the year of 2023. At the Chang'an 28 steak house, all imported beef products must go through several inspections by the goverment agencies, and only certain beef products can be dry-aged to perfection for flavor and texture.We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had mentioned, our culinary team is delighted to attend to your needs if you wish to contact us directly.
