Once checked in I went to my room & found the door open and no Hilton seal for covid cleanliness. I went back down to reception where other guests pushed in front of me and were served first with out any acknowledgement. Once I was spoken to I was told there was no other room. I proceeded to explain that this was not acceptable and another colleague came over to allocate a different room. This room was sealed correctly, extremely comfortable with a great shower and Peter Roth products, all of which were welcomed after a 10 day quarantine. Unfortunately room service was not available when we arrived which was rather disappointing.

Ok as an airport hotel (ish, it’s about 25 minutes away). The room itself was absolutely fine. Clean and all you’d want or need. Previous reviews said how good the breakfast was… I have to disagree with that. It really was not much good at all for western breakfast. There are cereal options, fresh fruit, and a wide range of Chinese dishes. No pastries and they ran out of bread. The coffee is enjoyable.

Very welcoming and professional staff. Rooms are extremely clean and smelling very good. Coffee provided in the room is EXCELLENT, which is very rare to find in hotels usually. I would strongly recommend this hotel for the location near the airport, cleanliness , amazing staff, reasonable price, and quiet environment for quick recovery after long travel. Thanks again ! Perfect for business trips, clean and very close to the metro Station.

It’s a bit far from most of the city, which wasn’t bad, considering it was right across the street from the subway. The front desk staff accompanied me well, despite the fact that I couldn’t speak Chinese. I give my highest regards to all of them for the smooth check-in process. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, I’d highly recommend it here.

The room was very clean. The guy at the front desk was very nice and responsible. He also gave me a breakfast coupon to help upgrade the room. Parking was also very convenient. If I go there next time, I will choose their hotel again.

Very satisfied with the stay experience!!! The lobby is simple, grand and well-planned. The front desk lady is very nice! Check-in was very fast and we checked in in the early morning.
