Overall not bad. Helpful receptionist but cleaning need to be. More particular. Still can find hairs at toilet and tissues at toilet bowl. Thx

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with two friends, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience! Our room was clean, spacious, and perfectly accommodated the three of us. The service staff were consistently polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. What really stood out was the hotel's innovative use of technology! We were thrilled to see an AI robot delivering our food orders, and the room's smart AI system provided endless entertainment options. We also made good use of the gym facilities, although we did notice that some of the equipment was faulty. Hopefully, the hotel will address this issue to ensure a safe workout environment for future guests. On a positive note, the WiFi connection was stable and reliable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return for our next Beijing adventure! Highly recommended!

I really like this hotel. But one thing, maybe it’s bit far from the nearest station; 金台路站. By walk maybe 10min, by cycle maybe 3-4min.

The staff here at the hotel are all kind and accommodating to every request I’ve made. Even though some of the Chinese hotel staff aren’t fluent in English, they went out of their way to use translation tools to provide excellent service. The freezer is spacious, and the hotel towels are fairly clean as well. It’s hard to find this level of hotel service even in Korea. I had such a great time and truly satisfied.

I love this hotel. They are clean, the beds are comfy and they provided free laundry for guests. They gave us extra drinking water and let us borrow their umbrella. Location is quite far and privicy. It's quite hard to get public transport from this hotel. You have to walk about 30 mins to nearby metro station.

Great hotel for a short stay in Beijing! Clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay in the city. Well equipped rooms with access to amenities like a gym and laundry room. The stay were incredibly helpful and addressed any issue we had, including facilitating an early check in. Would highly recommend a stay here!

It was great pleasure for us, family travelers to stay in clean and friendly atmosphered hotel. Rooms are bit small but cutely designed, you feel relaxed without fear of disgust compared to other hotels. They gave kids slippers and toothbrush. Invited us with welcome tea. Also you can ask free coffee in the morning. Most importantly it has free laundry room that you can hardly find in other hotels in such reasonable price. It has gym and terrace. It takes ~12m to get Jintailu station. I was 99% satisfied except chinese hotels don’t change bed sheets daily.

Amazing hotel, I had such a fun time in Beijing and a main reason because the hotel was so incredible. Friendly staff. Take-away robot which delivers to your door, a little gym, sophisticated toilets with a bidet and different settings. Best place I've stayed, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and I would happily come back to Beijing just to stay at this hotel.

It is an absolutely lovely hotel and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no issues at all! Very clean with a beautiful and unique design in the heart of Chaoyang! If I ever return to Beijing I will stay at this hotel!

Pros: 1. Well mannered and helpful front desk. Very friendly housekeeping staffs. 2. Smart room with voice control and smart toilet equipped. Cons: 1. Misled by the photo of the main entrance. It looked like an independent building but turned out to be a refurbished building attached to a restaurant in a neighbourhood. 2. Location is 12 mins walk from nearest subway station, so apps hailing car is a more preferred way for getting around. Hotel is also far from all the major sight seeing places. 3. Window for my room was unable to be fully sealed/closed, so we were woken up by car honking at the crossroad in front of the building as early as 6am.
