a great hotel located in the city center, easily accessible to cbd area and subway station. reception stuff is very nice and helpful, quickly responded to every request I made. My room had an amazing view that you won’t get in many 5 star hotels around, bed was comfortable and I haven’t heard any noises from outside. Great value for money, i’d definitely recommend it!

This hotel is very near the metro 🚇 station as is about 800+meters away Along the street there is morning breakfast and gifts shop(food). Also right opposite the hotel there is an mini bar. Highly recommend this hotel

Room is quite tiny but it’s alright. The room has a smart system; so lights and curtains can be turned off via voice control. You can also request for items via voice control, and it’ll be sent up by a bot. Food deliveries are dropped off at the hotel lobby. For parcel deliveries you’ll have to give reception your phone number (that is stated on the postage sticker on your parcel), and they will retrieve it for you. The hotel provides 2 bottles of water a day for free… but if you need more you can ask. Basement has a gym and laundry area. The hotel provides free detergent; you’ll have to ask reception for it— just don’t be an inconsiderate person that hogs the washing machines for more than 1 normal wash cycle (I saw someone turn on a 4 hour wash). In the lobby there’s a microwave so it’s great if you have food that need to be warmed up. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the nearest metro station. There’s food eateries and convenience stores nearby. Next to the hotel there’s a bar but I don’t recommend eating there; the food isn’t good. WiFi connection isn’t high-speed (at least from my room), but it’s okay. There’s a very lovey coffee place (that operates as a bar at night) named DAO that’s 5 minutes away. Hotel employees were lovely and helpful. The aunties that do housekeeping were friendly and caring. Overall it’s a great stay.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood. The service is wonderful. The customer service is wonderful I'd like to visit again. The room is clean, the gym is clean. The laundry room is clean. Everything looks better than the picture.

Very clean comfort full moderate room specially here I mentioned staff professional and very friendly front desk Tiantian and jiajia both are kind helpful and professional they help me to serve fruit salad upgrade room free definitely next time I will prefer to stay at same hotel highly recommended

Chose to stay here because of location, near to my corporate meetings this time. Then again, not exactly near the metro station (even when within 1km as indicated) or anything else for Chaoyang district. Except for a direct ride to the south railway station (without the need to hassle in and out of the tube + going through packed platforms. Anyone’s been in BJ long enough will understand) it’s a pretty rundown area but with some culinary delights. Natural charms made up for those lacks, little bits and pieces like flowers blooming at the nearby “canal”, friendly neighborhood, the helpful counter staffs trying very hard to communicate with me (I mentioned difficulties using mandarin) sharing essential information when checking-in. Cosy ambience and well designed facilities maintained by thoughtful housekeeping, including an interesting gym. Would be perfect if the hotel can consider providing breakfast or just drinks (maybe a late night bar?) so guests could relax/ enjoy totally without having to go elsewhere. Well, there’s the convenience of ordering anything online now, imagine topping off with a nice solid brewed coffee in a cup… think about it

front desk staffs were friendly. it was really suffocating because there was no real windows. they do have windows but its not look through outside its inside the hotel. when i turn on AC it was working well. But if you just staying to sleep its good choice.

Room is clean and beautiful, location a bit far from metro but others are okay
