A good hotel for those who prefer a quiet beach holiday. Well-kept grounds, excellent service, large rooms overlooking the ocean. The hotel is quite quiet, so even families with small children will be fine. Good entry into the sea and a clean hotel beach. 2 restaurants, both are delicious. It is located a little away from everything, i.e. there are no shops or other cafes/restaurants nearby, perhaps you should keep this in mind. Other activities: tennis court, SPA, kids club, SUPs, kayaks and all that.

First of all, in Africa, the environment of this hotel is amazing, the scenery is so good, living in the tropical rain forest, but I don't know if it's for saving or customs, the bed sheets were very dirty and not changed on the first day of entering the hotel, and they were not changed for 7 days, but we always left early and came back late, and everything was fine before, but on the last day, we asked for a car to pick us up to carry our luggage, but they didn't, saying they were busy, ***, why can white people do that, discriminating against Chinese people, it's stupid, the last day was very unhappy, but in a foreign country, I had to endure it! 是毛里求斯南邊為數不多的5星級酒店之一，但是令人遺憾的是整體水平低於其它區域的五星級酒店。
首先是酒店挺大，每個房間到有效服務區域的距離都挺遠。需要酒店派電瓶車轉送。這個電瓶車就很迷幻，有時候賊快，有時候賊慢，無法合理控制時間。
酒店的早餐也是乏善可陳。大概偏英式早餐的風格，但是吃的不咋地，特別是中國胃很難滿足。整體上是大大低於心理預期的。
晚上還遇到了停電，大概半個多小時才恢復。
自駕的朋友作為到南邊的過渡是可以的，但是不太推薦作為久居之所。

This was our first time in Mauritius, and it was beautiful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and spacious; even when it was fully booked, there was plenty of space and serenity. The staff are marvellous. Raj and Pradeep are always on hand to check you're having a great time, and Linley in Flamboyant is kind and friendly too. Staff greet you with a warm smile. Having experienced a variety of hotels around the world, we ranked it 4/5 for a couple of reasons; The food is fine, but it's not 5*. One lunchtime, I had the chicken burger, which was more deep-fried air instead of chicken. The breakfast buffet is ok, but a lot of flies. There were no fly lamps and no covers on many food items. That said, my husband had a few dishes and is a little more adventurous with food than myself and he enjoyed these, but still a solid 4 stars. The bar is insanely overpriced with mediocre wine starting at £50 a bottle. The sand is very coarse, unlike lots of islands where it's powdery and white; bring some beach shoes! Snorkeling is ok there are plenty of areas and fish to explore. The rooms are spacious, clean and well serviced with nice views. Overall, we have had a good time. The location is perfect if you want to chill the whole time, but if you're a bit of an explorer, hire a car and get out and about too!

One the most beautiful property for staycation. Rooms are very clean,spacious.staff are very friendly and kind to all the guests. Beach is just 2mins walk from the room, and the best part is it’s a private beach.will come back very soooonnn

We stayed here on our short vacation, and absolutely loved the place. It’s a pristine resort in a very quiet place and stunning views. Every room has a view of the sea beach and the resort also offers free water activities for the residents to enjoy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by Vishni who was very courteous and showed every part of the resort. Then Mr. Raj took extremely good care of our stay and all the activities that we could enjoy for free. He was always happy to be at our service, and kept guiding us for things to do around. Highly recommended for every one looking to visit. At a time when every one is going to Maldives, Mauritius is a hidden gem and Sofitel is one of the best resort to stay at, if you want a peaceful stay!
