Small, super pleasant establishment in the middle of the calm of nature. The staff are lovely and always there to help. Very pretty swimming pool.

Wonderful and peaceful place. Especially the Mauritian food served here is delicious. The staff( mirinal, indirao, Sébastien and chanesh) as well were very helpful and welcoming, even the hotel manager yeshvin were very friendly. Will definitely come back soon

Wonderful authentic Mauritian restaurant in a perfect garden setting. Wonderful food and lovely people. Moreover, the Mauritian lychee wine is superb with the local chicken and prawn curry. Also, their local craft beer is very good. You even get a beautiful peacock.

Our stay was wonderful, beautiful scenery (green and peaceful) all the staff members were very welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. All our meals were fresh, homemade and Mauritius. We really recommend this place !!!

Great food , very accommodating staff (especially allergy-friendly). We will definitely come again during our stay here. The vibe was very island-casual, yet very nice for chilled romantic time as a couple. Lovely atmosphere, nice surroundings, great when soy stay in the villas valriche.

Wonderful evening and a terrific staff. Can’t recommend the Dorado enough. The pumpkin soup was also a triumph. We had some pretty strong allergy requirements and they were more than willing to sort everything out for us. Will definitely be back and cannot recommend enough!

We had such a wonderful and peaceful getaway: Want to say a special thank you to amazing Vanessa for taking care of us. Great service and attention. Chef Cristina - great tasty Mauritian cruising treats. The beautiful house pet - peacock Rahul was accompanying us everywhere ☺️ comfy room with rustic decor, a nice location - 1 min walk to Chateau and 1 min drive to Telfair and Awali hotels to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Warmest welcome and great service from Vanessa and lovely team. Staff are all full of smiles. We enjoyed and surprised by the company of the beautiful peacock. The room was comfortable and pleasant. Great relaxed farm style decor. Good location within Heritage properties. We will definitely recommend and come back soon. My wife had an injured leg, and Vanessa even brought her fruit to room as she missed breakfast, very thoughtful.
