I won't recommend it to anyone no water for 2 days no communication

After check-in, we were taken to a room that was full of cockroaches. We complained and refused to sleep in the room. Then we were taken to another room, but it was in such poor condition, and we also refused to sleep in because it wasn't worth the money we paid. We were then taken back to the original room, but they used doom to dispatch the cockroaches. The room smelled so much of doom that my husband slept with a blocked nose as a result of the doom odour.
There was so much noise with loud music and the TV in the chilling room was also very loud. I didn't enjoy my stay and wished I could get a refund.

Absolutely horrible, cocroaches everywhere... Showers not working and curtains dirty, walls and floors dirty... False advertising... The place is HORRIBLE!!!! THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I CANT EVEN BEGIN WITH THE SERVICE.ITS🤮
