Really enjoyed my stay here. Foyer is open, relaxing and modern. Breakfast was nice, used the gym and pool, beds were comfortable and the food downstairs was tasty for dinner at Vaporettos

After I had been in my room for 3 hours someone else used a key card and entered my room while I was in there. They left and the front desk called and asked several questions to ensure I was supposed to be here. Needless to say, I have concerns about the rooming process

We just speant 1 night between flights. It was comfortable. Great shower. Clean. We didnt have time to swim etc. There area bunch of food trucks outside serving a variety of foods which was a pleasant discovery as the area seems industrial and not the type of place to get local food.

My only complaint is that the floor in my room was really dirty. I walked around without socks on for about a half hour and my feet turned black.

Beautiful hotel. Good location but still need a car or uber for moving around
Perfect.
Only negative comment will be for the pool who’s very cold
If I come back to San Jose, that will be on this hotel for sure

It was very nice and clean. I was disappointed there was not hot tub, the pool was cold and they didn't have a razor for me. Restaurant was tasty and comfortable, but very expensive.

We (2 adults and 9,11 yr old) stayed one night before flying back to US and we had a great experience at this new hotel!
The hotel is gorgeous, modern and very well located in Belen, only 10 minutes away from the airport. -The airport shuttle is very convenient-
We stayed at a room with Mountain View and the room was spacious, very clean, and beds and pillows were comfortable! I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel is clean, nice and quiet. Has food truck area, but not much of out door seating option beside the pool. The pool is not heated so we were not able to enjoy the pool during our visit in December. There's limiting dining options at the hotel. The Sunset Terrance at the pool is mostly bar food with only few options and expensive. Other restaurant that offer dinner is very expensive as well (more expensive than the Spanish cuisine restaurant around the corner outside the hotel). Hotel offer only 1 breakfast option: buffet at the price of $32 USD/person.
The parking garage was not well thought out because it asked for key card to exit the garage after we already check-out, the call button was never answered (someone came back to the hotel was nice enough to use their card to open the gate for us to leave.
Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, quiet and safe area.
