You can hear the traffic and the people that were in the other room were so loud woke me up at 4am. It would be nice if they had conditioner as well.

The place is clean and quiet. The room has a decent space. The cleaning crew did a great job daily to have it spotless. The place was a central area to where I needed to go. Staff made me feel being spied on. Constantly checking who went in or came out. Not all guests abuse the capacity limit. When being asked how many people are inside it can be done in a polite matter and not called out on the open space.Rude office staff.

I've stayed at hotels around the world. The pics look great and it is nicely renovated.
My gripe is with management.
When checking in, they have you check off that a person cannot have any guests. I find that very, very odd and I questioned it as I was there to see my in-laws. The moment they show up as this isn't my town, the little man of a manager is calling me up on the room phone to complain!
I was so put off by the experience that I put my bag back into the car, drove by his office giving him the finger and checked into a Hilton downtown.
It's not about the money, they were not overnight guests staying over, and to be stalked like that was poor taste.

The place is very cute, and the staff friendly. I'm sure they try hard to fight the roaches, but there were several young roaches in my room seen crawling on the floor and doors, and one full adult on a back wall. Not really their fault. I would have preferred a fitted sheet on the bed. Two flat sheets were used. But the real issue was a concern of accidentally taking any reproductive roaches home with me. I kept most things out in my car, and put my essentials in the mini fridge when not in use. Other than their struggle with roaches, it was a very cute place. I am hesitant to leave a negative review, as roaches are hard to fight off. I'm sure they try, or I would have seen more.
