Stay for a night on the way home from a family road trip. This was my first time to stay Avid and it was perfect. The room was clean and everything was great!

Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 is because the rooms don’t have any ventilation. Otherwise, okay hotel for the price. Great staff.

The beds were fine, but the room lacked amenities such as in-room coffee. Only one chair in the room! The included breakfast had us going somewhere else to eat.

We had a lovely stay at Avid in Bentonville. The room was very small, but it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. There was no closet, but multiple wall hooks gave us room for all of our hanging clothes and coats. The bathroom was actually pretty large, and there was plenty of countertop space. It was also spotless. The bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel! The air conditioner worked well, and didn't leave us with that clammy, damp feeling you get from so many hotel AC units. All in all, a great stay!

It was new so it was moderately “clean” but the floors in the elevators and the first level main walkways always seemed to be dirty, like someone spilled something and never got cleaned up. It was also really noisy. The walls are very thin - any time someone was entering or exiting their room, the doors slam shut. The staff was fine - very average.
