I stayed at this hotel for two days in Room 503 and 504. Despite a promised early check-in over the phone, they charged an extra 6400 during checkout. The ***ager was rude, stating our rooms were only for a 23-hour check-out and insisting we should have left by 7 am. It's advisable to get everything in writing before booking due to their dishonesty and arrogant culture. I won't recommend or revisit because of their cheating mentality and illogical behavior.

Booked 4rooms on 27th Sep 2023, staff especially Noor who sits at front desk is very rude with the guest as if he gives free cost of rooms. Pathetic Hotel I have ever visit. Do not visit this hotel if u r hu***

Rooms are big and clean, No free water bottle , it is chargeable , bathroom accessories not provided , only gel soap available , Breakfast is very average ( only Idly ,Dosa ,suji halwa and Bread butter with tea , no other thing is available. Dinner : Vegetable was ok but Chapati was too cold to eat ,one can eat with icecream. Overall average for one day stay but if you want more than one day go to another hotel except Allum which is good but ***agement is worst
