Room was really good, did not eat breakfast. Staff at check-in was super nice, but the next morning, the lady at the front desk refused to provide me a receipt since I booked through Trip.com and I still don't have a receipt for my reimbursement.

This stay was for 6 nights and the roomservice house keeping only cleaned the room 2 times and both times only made one of the beds even though both were slept in. The pool area was in disrepare with the hot tub over flowing and colder than the main pool. It was near Christmas so i understand not cleaning the room on the 25th, but the other days is unacceptable. The complimentary breakfast also was poorly stocked if it was even set up at all. All of the milk shower that it had expired on the 12th, yet it was stocked into the fridge for guests to consume on the 28th and 29th. The juice machine was also still out of order as it had been in November near Thanksgiving and my previous stay.

The guy at the counter was new and didn't seem to know much but they tried to charge me even tho I paid online. I had to ask why they needed me to enter my card when it was paid online?
Otherwise our stay was decent but the Jacuzzi tubs need some anti slip stickers on the bottom so you don't fall getting in and out. And the cleaning staff knocking on the door at 9am to see if we had left yet was not appreciated as checkout is 11am....if we haven't checked out they should assume we are still in the room!
But a definite plus was visiting the grocery store next door for their kettle corn! We pick some up every trip to Bemidji!!!

The hotel advertised continental breakfast, and we were told when checking in the the breakfast was from 7-11. The person at the front desk said they were waiting for a truck to come in, and then said nothing was guaranteed. I chose this hotel because of that. She was rude and impolite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Kitchen breakfast was horrible. No eggs, bacon or sausage, and no cinnamon buns. Use to come to this hotel for every year, don’t know about next time cause of the disappointment of the food!

I waitied in the lobby for 5 min before even being able to check in. My guess is there is a shortage of staff. It was really disappointing that we were told there would be a complentary breakfast from 6am to 10 am. My family and I went to get breakfast at 8:15am and fhere was another family up there telling us that nobody had set it up and they must've forgotten because not a lot of people were there. I have stayed at this hotel 8 different times and this is the first time that the service was so bad.

At check in I was told they no longer had breakfast during the week. They advertised breakfast, but other complaints about the property include breakfast problems. No discount was offered even though I asked for one.
Lots of other motels/hotels in Bemidji.

Breakfast was supposed to be included. Coffee and bun was only thing there. No one working. No one at front desk to check out either. If breakfast is included as it states and I expected it should have been readily available at 8am. Someone in the kitchen fixed up two large plates of breakfast into takeout boxes, through on a backpack and left while I was there...dissapointing

A nice budget option if you’re just looking for a safe, dry place to sleep. The property is aged and worn—needs new carpet, drywall repair, etc. The pool was too dirty to feel good about using. The breakfast was on the second floor and not staffed, so we had our batter in the waffle iron before we realized there were no plates, no napkins, nothing to put a waffle on. No forks, syrup, bowls, and on and on. A strange breakfast experience. The staff at the desk was great, obviously trying to create a positive stay. The key readers on the doors were unreliable. Just felt past its prime. I appreciate saving money over the other options, but still probably overpaid for what we got.
