We stayed at the Best Benalmadena during Easter. Location great, rooms great size for family of 4, plenty of space, balcony with amazing views over the ocean and pool. Some staff friendlier than others. Good choice of food, but awfully cooked, some were uneatable. Husband and 2 children sick during stay. Heard others staying in the hotel were also sick, bug in hotel? Great bus stop right outside the hotel.

This hotel suited me and was part of a package deal. On the night of arrival check in was quick and easy the only slight complaint there was no where to get food for drink as I arrived just after midnight. They did give me a kettle and some fruit teas. All meals had plenty of choice and what you’d expect from a buffet style dining area - the food was virtually the same for my four days so you might get bored. The room itself was huge and had a seating area as well as a balcony. I sat around the pool but didn’t venture in as it was chilly when staying there. The spa was nice the only annoying thing the card machine wasn’t working and they wanted cash so I had to find the card machine- chargeable. There is a supermarket across the road and cash point machine. I walked to the main area which was about 20 mins away but there used to be a bus stop right outside the hotel. For a short break I enjoyed this hotel.

We have been to Benalmadena lots of times. Benalmadena consists of 3 separate areas. The coast at the bottom of the mountain. Arroya half way up which is where the train station is. And the little white village at the top,which is reachable by bus or taxi,check the price before your journey. Arroyo is where the nice shops and restaurants are. The marina is good also but expensive. There is Paloma Park, which is a beautiful area to walk. We prefer Benalmadena to Torremolinos and Fuengirola

Excellent staff, service, food and drink. For the price this is an excellent hotel and the staff go the extra mile. One small negative would be the bright hall lighting for the evening entertainment which kills any atmosphere. Other than that, we highly recommend and we would go back.

Had a fabulous week at this hotel and will certainly return again. Staff in all areas of the hotel were great and always had a smile. Rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard and we had a view of the sea which was breathtaking. Air conditioning could be improved as we felt it was too hot in the rooms for sleeping. Food was good with plenty of choice and loved my fresh cooked omelettes every morning. Must mention the large jacuzzi pool we loved that Bus stop directly outside for easy access to the marina or further afield if you like to get out and about. All in all we had a great week and would definitely recommend.

Amazing property. All the staff superb and very kind. Food was extremely good and we would like to thank you the chef cooker for that amazing lunch and dinners We will definitely come back every time we visit our amazing Malaga and costa del Sol

Lovely hotel with fantastic views. The staff were all very helpful. The staff at the bar and pool area were always happy and extremely helpful and friendly. There are a small number of bars and restaurants nearby including Italian, Indian, Steak and Tex Mex and it’s a 10 min walk along the front to beach bars and more. 10 minutes in a taxi to the Marina. Overall very good and would definitely go back.
