Unique Features: The on-site zoo and waterpark are standout attractions, frequently praised for their size, cleanliness, and entertainment value. Many guests appreciated the animal welfare and the variety of slides and activities at the waterpark.

Busy Family Resort. Tahiti Lodges are clean, with everything needed. Aircon x 2. Nepresso, kettle and fridge (stocked for arrival) Food, very busy in restaurant 3. But plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. Few flies but nothing like mention in prior reviews. Pools are small but clean and no issue getting lounger for the biggest one. Smaller pools like infinity pool not for small children, no lounger to watch them. Bar at pool great, but always small que. Zoo visit was brief but was plenty to see. Water park made this holiday. It was brilliant, we ended up going 3 of the 6 available days. Also can you get food and drink in bar upstairs part of all inclusive l. The resort is big, the downfall of this holiday was lack of internal transport. Only for signs, we were not made aware wasnt running. Heat and hills not a great combo. But worked off the extra calories. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. It's very remote, up a hill so no shops closer than 1.8mile. (ALDI) Great week spend here. Would recommend.

The place is mega clean, the zoo we loved it also the pool Fantastic views. the food was great and lots of variety, the lodges were really clean but the downside was the walls were mega thin and you could hear everything. Definitely will come again

Overall we had a really good time here. We went premium and had 2 lodges in the Bali section with private hot tubs. The lodges were nice with little areas that needed some tlc - the showers were quite limescaley/rusty, the shelf in the bathroom was slanted and had a little block of wood under to keep it up. The rooms ventilation was also really poor leading to A LOT of condensation, even to the point where all the paper in our room was wet and curling up etc. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. There were mini fridges, a kettle, microwave and Nespresso machine which were useful (the Nespresso machine was a bit temperamental when it would work or not). We requested a bed guard for our son as he is 4 and tends to fall out of the bed without one. There were plenty of wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage for 4 people too. One of the doors to the lodges didn't close by itself and this was left open a couple of times by housekeeping which could've led to personal belongings going missing but as far as we are aware this didn't happen. We also had a wet towel and swimming costume that was drying in the bathroom chucked into a suitcase making the rest of the contents wet too. Not sure why housekeeping done this. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the lodges for us as the pools were freezing we spent most of our time in the hot tub when not out and about. The food in the restaurants was mostly good. We always found something to eat every day we went. It did get very repetitive towards the end of the week though. The food in the Italian was ok, the pasta was fresh but the portions weren't huge. The dessert selection in the Italian was not as good as the desserts in the buffet. The paella upstairs was very good, we enjoyed that. The starters for the upstairs restaurant was all the same food as the buffet food downstairs too. As we were premium guests we had access to the smaller buffet restaurant which was very nice, as the standard restaurant was very cramped, busy and loud. We did however notice there was a bit more food in the standard restaurant. We ordered pizza delivery once and this was fine except it was cold and late so I think we were the last to receive the delivery. It was edible but we didn't bother ordering again. There were plenty of pools around the resort for smaller kids and older kids/adults, as we went in April the weather wasn't the warmest and the water was quite cold but we did get in a couple of times. There were activities all through out the days spread out across the resort at the main bar and the larger pool area. There is a game section with a pool table and other arcade machines. There is a ping pong table by the larger pool too. Several bars scattered around in all areas by the pools too. There is a games console area too which you need to book a time slot to gain access. There was a small kids club with a little soft play and colouring and other games inside. Our 2 (age 4 and 7) went in a couple of

Absolutely nothing magic about this resort. Arrived midday and couldn’t check into our room, told it would be 5 pm, so we lost a day. From our experience we know some people didn't get into their room until 7pm. Finally got into room, it was too small to move around in, no space to walk around double bed (2 twins), so couldn’t move suitcases around the room and was difficult to unpack. Couldn’t open cupboard door for mini fridge as sofa bed blocked access and couldn’t walk past it. Moved sofa bed so could access fridge, but then didn’t leave much room between twin beds and sofa bed. In any case, didn’t need to access fridge as it’s hadn’t been stocked, as it’s stated on the web site. Complained about this and told it wouldn’t be replenished as we’re not ultra all inclusive - wasn’t asking for it be replenished just stocked on arrival as per TUI website. Really rude staff (particularly the English lady on reception who was really passive aggressive, dismissive and patronising, calling me 'darling' when I tried to complain) . Not only was accommodation far too small, it was tired, grotty and dirty. Black mould in the shower tray- which flooded the bathroom when you used the shower (could only have water trickling out) - this also soaked one of our cases and contents, as we had to store a case in the bathroom due to lack of space in the room. There was writing on the ceiling and nails sticking out. Dried blood on the underside of the bed throw. Several days, beds weren’t made. Weren’t given toilet rolls and had to hunt down cleaning staff and ask. Only given 2 bath towels on most days, despite being 3 of us. They didn’t clear away used glasses from our room either. Told the room would have a view. It didn’t. A view of the complex road and charger point for the buggies. The lodge was semi detached and walls were paper thin, so you could hear EVERYTHING from next door. The image shown of the lodge was not the entire building (as we thought) but just a third of it! Think our Guinea pigs have bigger accommodation. The air con was noisy and smelled of gone off milk when you switched it on. If that wasn’t on you could hear the unstocked mini fridge loudly buzzing away…as well as the delightful music and singing from next door. The zoo wasn't great - not awful - but I was worried about some of the enclosures (space and boredom). TUI marketing really unclear - shark practice. On opening page it says there are 2 buffets and a number of restaurants. Could only use the one buffet which was awful, too crowded and like a school canteen - not a pleasant dining experience. Also booked because we thought there were better facilities for our teenage son, but he couldn’t use pool table or game’s consoles as we weren’t ultra all inclusive. Could only use the 1 table tennis, but that was always busy, like everywhere else. The main pool area(s) - horrific. Pools are far too small, can’t swim and so very crowded. Fight for a sun lounger and there aren’t nearly e

Average. The cabin is ok, we booked a Polynesian with a hot tub. The hot tub is big enough for 2 people at most (we are average size). The resort has really steep hills from the main complex and pools etc to most of the accommodation, I would not recommend if you have young children or mobility issues - you can’t rely on the train to take you around, it’s often full up. Upgrade to UAI if you can, it’s absolutely worth it - Bali beds by the pool and the buffet restaurant is soooo much better - we ate in the standard buffet restaurant one night, thankfully only one night. You also get to queue jump for drinks, which saves waiting in a line of 30 to get a coke! The quality of food and drinks is really good, they don’t skimp on quality ingredients and premium brands. Pool snacks are good, but it’s all u healthy, crisps/doughnuts etc but this was ok for us as a treat. There is no bus to Benidorm and we couldn’t book to go to the pirates resort despite trying several times. The aqua park is really good, we used it a couple of times. The zoo is not good unfortunately, it’s absolutely huge, hard to navigate and the cages are really small for the animals. The APP is unbelievably bad. This place reminds me of a holiday camp in the UK, but you’re almost guaranteed the weather. If you’re getting a real bargain, and go with no expectations you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I hope this review is helpful to somebody.

Travelled July 2025 as grandparents and three grandchildren (ages 7, 5 & 3yrs). Although we created some magical memories we were disappointed with our stay here. After reading mixed reviews we are of the mindset that some people will complain about everything. We consider ourselves kind and polite and expect the same in return. We felt 90% of the staff (not just restaurant, but reception and bar staff too) were unhappy working at the resort. Unfriendly and Bordering on rudeness we felt a nuisance asking for anything ie bananas at breakfast which always ran out quick. The restaurant offered pretty basic and bland food for example the ‘live cooking’ was plain omelettes at breakfast, no extras like cheese or ham. The pizza was either ham and cheese or tuna. A positive was the ice cream station but sadly it was mostly not working. We appreciated and enjoyed the variety of ice creams and iced lollies available from the freezer and loved the little ice cream van which was a positive. As usual the sun beds were reserved by towels before we finished breakfast. We struggled to get one bed for the five of us by the children’s pool. The only option was to pay 30 euros for a cabana and after already paying over £6,000 for our 7 nights it was beyond belief. We did enjoy the zoo on site which was pretty special The two bedroom Tahiti lodge was cramped and dated. Our room 4317 was probably one of the further away from reception and the resort ‘square’. There was an awful urine smell in the main bedroom. It was approximately a 15 minute walk daily to request the WiFi codes which I found bizarre to only be able to use with 4hr codes. Housekeeping was rushed and not sufficient. There is a card to leave on the bed for a change of sheets which I tried just once during our 7 day stay but this didn’t work and another trip to reception to request a sheet change was frustrating. I also had to request the bins be emptied in our lodge as this wasn’t done each day. There were only 3 glasses and two cups in our lodge, no dish cloth nor dish detergent. No cutlery nor plates. We had to use a plug near the floor to boil the kettle as there were none near the work surface which was a danger with little kiddies. The girls in the ‘supermarket’ were really friendly and helpful but I would describe the store as more of a gift shop than supermarket. The lady dispensing towels was also kind and friendly. For the departure we needed to book a ‘golf’ buggy to transport the luggage from our lodge to the reception but even though I tried two days before the day of departure we had to leave 40 minutes early due to availability which was annoying. Also after the buggy driver unloaded our luggage I had to pull each one approx 15mtrs to the luggage storage room whilst a male reception worker held the luggage room door open for me which was kind but personally, I would have helped the 59 yr old tourist carrying the heavy luggage rather than stood and watched her struggle. We had booked a stay at the hotel, but unfortunately never made it to the room before having to cancel due to a family emergency. At the hotel, we received excellent assistance with the cancellation process and filled out a form together with a kind staff member, from whom I received a copy to take home. The staff informed us that the payment would be refunded within 10 days. When the refund didn’t arrive, I contacted more than 10 different departments within the company – including the hotel we were supposed to stay at – but no one has been able to provide any answers or information. We received confirmation that the booking was cancelled, yet the amount has still been withdrawn from our account. The hotel claims they did not process the charge and asked me to send documentation, which I have done – but nothing has happened since. At this point, the hotel feels untrustworthy until we see the money back in our account.
