"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"Came as a group of 8 to Benidorm for a couple of days and booked into the Hotel Olympus for my 50th. What can I say, whoever has given bad reviews to this hotel is obviously annoyed with life in general. I was apprehensive staying as the reviews were quite worrying but I needn’t have bothered. I often find that some people are never pleased, in any situation. The hotel is lovely and the staff on reception, even better. So helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Henal. She was professional, helpful and always cheerful and happy. There was another guy on reception with glasses that was also really helpful but I didn’t get his name. Breakfast was plentiful with loads of variety something to suit all. Beds lovely, firm and comfortable. Hotel was clean and rooms spotless. They organised to have a bottle of fizz in the room for my birthday and helped my friends organise balloons. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. 10/10!! Thank you."

Hotel Agua Azul - Adults Only ★★★★

"Aqua Azul. Pros. Hotel is in a good location, the staff are very friendly and work hard. Our room was clean and tidy. With a comfortable bed , lovely clean sheets and pillows. A great hot shower. Good to have the key fob in the wrist band and a free safe. It was a nice pool area, people do queue early to get a sunbed, but they got them in an orderly fashion and wasn't a race . Choices of food were good and hot. Cons Whilst we were there many people got D&V. Including my wife. Food handling by staff is questionable. The wearing of blue gloves doesn't seem to be implemented, as most of the serving staff didn't wear any gloves. Staff also cooked different meats and fish on the same hot plate using the same tongs . In the pool snack bar they had cooked onions left uncovered on the side. They used the same tongs to scoop out a portion and place on the hot plate to warm back up for less than 5 seconds and put in a roll. Which is cross contamination. I am sorry to say that we wouldn't return."
