Stayed at the hotel while on vacation. A great budget option. In principle, it is not far from the center and the beach, and the Benidorm Palace is also nearby, which is a must-see for travelers who want to enjoy a good show. The room we rented for 2 people had 2 separate beds + 2 sofas, a large balcony with a table and 3 chairs. There is a kitchen and even dishes, downstairs you will find a bar, a terrace and a swimming pool. This is a really profitable and quite comfortable housing option, but note that there is no air conditioning and it can be quite hot. Also, when we got to the place indicated on trip.com, we could not find the entrance and called the number indicated, where we were informed that the hotel has a different address (somewhere 750m from the indicated one) and a different name "luxmar".

Very well located, the bad thing is that it does not have air conditioning!!!!
Luckily we got an apartment on the corner of the building and if we opened the windows the air flowed very well.

SCAM….. I booked this hotel after the seeing images of a modern clean apartment however it looked nothing like the images I was shown upon booking. The door did not lock, no air con like advertised. Absolutely dreadful, would never recommend to anybody. We changed our flights home and left the next morning we were meant to be staying for 5 days. Nothing was clean. There was even sweat marks on the chairs from the last guests. I had a two year old traveling with me who left so poorly after having to stay here less than 24 hours. I was refunded £47 out of £580, completely ruined our family holiday. We’ve had no response from the hotel, very unprofessional. If you want to enjoy your holiday…Avoid at all costs.
