We loved our stay at the premium bubble! The place is small and intimate. The bubbles are clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan to be back soon. Thank you for making our stay a great and comfortable one!

This place is absolutely lovely!!! We only had one night, unfortunately on our way further south, but we will definitely be back, maybe even this year. The bubbles are so unique and beautiful inside and are really peaceful and romantic no matter the weather (it rained while we were there and the sound of the rain on the bubble was enchanting). There is a private cenote right on the property and a temazcal (type of sweat lodge) that you can use. The on-site restaurant is fantastic and the pool space is beautiful too. Each bubble is completely private and even have their mini pools! Personally, I would strongly recommend getting one with the bathtub... It's also only about a 45 min drive from the cancun airport so it's real easy to get to (just don't rent a car from America car rental!!!). TLDR: Oom is perfect.

Just overall tremendous. Staff was amazing property was impeccable.
If you are spending a week in an all inclusive in tge area treat yourself to a touch of perfection.

In a word - peaceful. I cant imagine anyone not unwinding here. I know I will be back. There is a refreshing cenote on the property and a commerical one just a short walk down the road. There is a pool with sun beds, hammocks, and a sweat chamber too. There is a telescope to see the stars. The only things to improve would be to add a chair in the rooms. As well as add a few more items to the dinner menu

The Oom Bubble Hotel is a different and original experience. In truth, the bubble rooms have it all, with all the comforts, but also with the unique experience of having everything transparent, the sky, the surroundings, but with total privacy. We loved the experience and highly recommend the hotel, it is worth staying**** and experiencing something unique. Congratulations
