Didnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids.

Nice self check in hotel. Received the check in code in morning of check in. This hotel has no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. We were lucky to get the ground floor unit. Good laundry facilities with washing machine, washing power, dryer inside the bathroom. Cooking facilities was good. Clean and beds were comfy.

After many years, I went on a family trip with my family. I had booked this hotel as early as February. I saw on the Internet that the hotel rooms were larger and flatter than other hotel rooms, and they were not too far from the station, so I decided to Booked When we arrived at the hotel, because the hotel adopted a self-service check-in system, we had to use a password to enter at the door. However, we did not receive an email from the hotel, so we did not receive an email from the hotel. I immediately contacted trip.com customer service to help contact the hotel. Fortunately, a guest arrived at that time. He told me that the hotel had sent an email with the password for his door in advance (I don’t know the explanation but I didn’t receive it). We had no choice but to go in together with him. There was an iPad inside the door to use for check-in. Fortunately, we could use the iPad to check in with the hotel staff and successfully checked in first. (A lot of time was wasted dealing with the check-in problem.) After entering the room, the room was the same as described in the pictures online. It was very big and spacious. However, the only problem was that the heating system in the toilet was on, which made the whole room very hot (it can be hot in summer in Japan). If the temperature is above 30 degrees) immediately turn down the air conditioner and go out to eat. After returning, the room temperature was still very hot, and the air-conditioning in the corridor was cooler than the room. My husband went to check if there was something wrong with the air-conditioner. After opening it, he was shocked to see the dust filter 🙄, everything was air-conditioned. Dust, my husband has to clean it himself... The location is convenient, the room is large and comfortable, there is a kitchen, toilet and bathroom separated from wet and dry, cost-effective and will stay again next time

The hotel is very close to Beppu Station, about a 5-minute walk away, but check-in is a bit troublesome. I don't think I need to confirm with the hotel beforehand. The hotel will send me the check-in voucher code again, so I have to wait on the street in the cold weather. Fortunately, I contacted trip.com and the staff responded immediately, but it took me 20-30 minutes to get into the hotel. It was a very bad experience😢😢😢😢

Cleanliness is the worst. When I tried to refill the air purifier with water, the inside was full of dust. Hair was falling all over the bathroom, toilet, and table as if it had been left there on purpose. I didn't look inside the ventilation fan, but there was a lot of dust around it. There was a cup in the kitchen drawer, but the inside of that drawer was also dirty. The cleanliness was so poor that I wondered if they had actually cleaned it at all. Even if the other aspects are good, if the cleanliness is poor, I don't think it's a good accommodation.

Location was not too far from food place but need to walk. Room is comfortable and nice and brand new building. But only have 2 park lot but able to park at the open space opposite. Overall, good experience.

Everything was great and you responded very fast with our arrival issues related to absence of appliance manuals in English. Thank you! For Europeans and Americans: Please make sure you have these manuals in English and also explain that the dryer is in the shower (ventilation dryer) or otherwise no one would know! Thank you

room os cleaning but not easy to find thr building

The property is exceptionally roomy with a mini-kitchen, shower room and washing machine. Shower serves as a drying room for clothing. Parking lot has only 3 spaces. Location is close to shopping and train station. Only complaint is that self check-in screen didn’t work and as people tried to check-in through the week they had to request assistance to be able to gain access. Overall though it’s a great value for a short or jong term stay.

Clean, and only a 5-minute walk from Beppu Station! Check-in and check-out are smooth and convenient. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to return.

The room is nice and the place is big. My daughter and I like it very much There is a small kitchen with a microwave for heating food, which is very good

Well equipped! The hotel's equipment is excellent and advanced, with pre-prepared functions for warm water baths, automatic sensor lights, and good performance. Neat and tidy! The hotel is newly renovated and very comfortable! The only drawback is that when I checked in, I found that the owner did not provide paper towels and hand sanitizer. I was surprised when I used the restroom. However, after communication, the owner made it up the next day.
