The location of the hotel is in the downtown of Berkeley with lots of restaurants and supermarket (Target) around. Bart and buses are adjacent to the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows and blankets are good and warm. The bath amenities are available but you have to squeeze hardly to get out the lotion. The road near to the hotel is under repair, the workers start working quite early in the morning at 7am, thus it really affected us as we didn’t wish to wake up so early. Homeless people are scattered around the hotel therefore you have to exercise care when going in and out of the hotel.

Just two blocks off Telegraph Ave and four blocks from Shattuck, this apartment is ideally located next to the Elmwood neighborhood--a short walk or bike ride to everything you need when you move to Berkeley. It's a 5-minute walk to BART(Ashby station), Berkeley Bowl, Whole Foods, and the UC Berkeley Campus and Alta Bates Hospital. There are all sorts of other nearby conveniences, including, Starbucks, Walgreens, Whole Foods, and everything else you need -- like yoga studios and bars.The property is well maintained, with amenities like a secured front entrance, a yard with a garden, and storage in the basement. Bart stood out for a few minutes and was close to Berkeley University. The boss was very good. There is a refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle in the room, and the toiletries are Neutrogena. It is the soundproofing, the sound of the walk upstairs is very clear, surrounded by McDonald's, 85 degrees C, Chinese restaurants, supermarkets, it is convenient.

The century-old hotel has been renovated and has some traces of time. The room is not very good but the location is convenient. It is not easy to have your own parking lot. The bathroom is also very small. It is OK for a short stay. I guess it is not suitable for domestic stays for a long time.

This hotel is designed by American architects and she is also the designer of the Chateau Khost. Castle-like lobby, exquisite indoor pool, quiet courtyard. All day coffee supply, the room is small but clean. The breakfast variety is not a lot, but it is very healthy. I like it very much, I still live this time.
