Claremont Resort & Club ★★★★★
"Beautiful environment~"
Downtown Berkeley YMCA Hotel and Residence ★★
"Staying alone was a great experience. The room was clean and the environment was quiet. The hotel is right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. The service was attentive, facilities were well-maintained, and the price was reasonable. It's definitely a good choice."
Residence Inn by Marriott Berkeley ★★★★
"Very good Good location"
Hotel Shattuck Plaza ★★★★
"Too bad, no doubt about it. First of all, we booked a deluxe king room with a bathtub for 1,600 yuan on Ctrip, but the room we were given was very small, and the rooms on the floor were very smelly. On the first night, I thought it was just this type of room and didn't argue. The outrageous thing was the second night, in the middle of the night, there was a loud dripping sound from the ceiling leaking onto us, and our clothes and quilts were all wet, waking us up from our dreams, and the ceiling also fell down. It was speechless. The excessive thing was that we called the front desk, but they didn't apologize at all, and seemed very calm. They directly changed the room type for us. We arrived at the new room type and found that this was the deluxe king room. When we checked out, we argued with them, and the waiter said that our original room was a deluxe king room. He refused to admit it and didn't apologize. It's just bullying Chinese people, discrimination, and intolerable!"
Sather Berkeley, SureStay Collection by BW ★★★
"The location is great, and the surrounding area is quiet!"
Marina Inn ★★
"Berkeley is incredibly expensive; being able to get a safe and peaceful night's rest is a blessing."
Berkeley City Club Hotel ★★
"The hotel has a classic, stylish feel, reminiscent of buildings from Harry Potter. The rooms aren't very large, but they're adequate and quite quiet. It's very close to Berkeley University."
Nash Hotel ★★
"Good good good"
Graduate by Hilton Berkeley ★★★★
"If you have something to do at UC Berkeley, this hotel is the best place to stay with following reasons. (1) Best Location - The nearest to the UC Berkeley, (2) Staff there is super nice and friendly. It made my stay so comfortable. In a meanwhile, you need to bear in mind that (1) Facility is old, (2) you need to bear additional cost, such as Overnight Self Parking 37.00, and (2) Property Amenity Fee 25.00, (3) Property Amenity Fee City Occupancy Tax 3.00, that are not cheap. Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice!"
