House keeping very very bad. The hotel will lose a lot because of them. Cleaning the worst ever I saw. Other services normal . Once they enter in my room while there was DONT DISTURB on the door. The waiters, cleaners and service men use the elevator during rush hours together with the guests. Generally they are far away to be a five star hotel.

I made a mistake. I originally booked a central hotel because I needed a double room, but I was given a double room. The sound insulation was not good and the environment was not quiet. I could hear the noise from the corridor very clearly. I stayed there for one night. I also encountered a couple nearby arguing and was speechless early in the morning😓

They should be more sensitive about cleaning. The carpets were stained. There was a bad smell in the room. The pool is great. The location is already in the middle of Taksim.
