Never packed so quickly in my life. The room was so dirty. The dust would set any asthmatic off. Our daughter’s option of bedding was a manky old green bobbly blanket. Six hangers on a small pole behind the door was our wardrobe offering. The shower had a life of its own. There were stains on the floor. I dread to think. No plug. Stained plug hole. Dubious looking hair in the tray. I could continue… Right in the middle of an industrial estate, so either a bus or taxi is in order if you like to have an alcoholic beverage. The receptionist on the other hand was one of the most politest, friendliest and respectful ladies I have encountered. An absolute credit to the company. She deserves a better work place than that. Very disappointing but we’ve ended up, many thank yous to my partner who sourced a superb little apartment in the middle of Béziers. We love it. Love the area as well.
